Looks well though doesn't it? Shop window job perhaps? Just thinking about Kamys post from earlier today.
I know, It's the hope etc
Thats actually a good shout Bob. And thinking about Lambert and the Seneca rejection, which on the surface made no sense, maybe the decision to sell had been taken, which changed the forward plan.
But like you say, the hope...

Big crane over the jack walker stand today
Its been sold on Gumtree. Hope they reinvest the money in the squad.

"Que" is a Spanish word meaning "what?" I think you mean "cue". "Queue" would not make sense.
Excuse my intervention but it's one of those misspellings that gets on my nerves
Muchas Gracias

The fact that it has been done now, when money is so tight is bizarre in the extreme.
Que Venkys announcing they have redeveloped the ground during the Close Season.

Just wondering if Tony Watt is still on the radar. When he's fit he would be a good, if not the main partner for Graham.

Would have been a better signing with Lambert in charge.
Lets hope he's not a regular winner of Friday head tennis or he'll put on 2 stone...

You only have to read the statement that they new nothing of a proposal from Seneca, and were only aware through media reports to know there is a double agenda at play. Kamy saw the proposal document and Seneca wouldn't just have popped it in the post.
Wild speculation?, conspiracy theories? All I know is, if it looks like BS, smells like BS, I'm taking it as BS.

Seemed best place to reply without taking summer transfer thread off.
Answers on a postcard, which other Championship clubs replaced last seasons manager on the same day as us? Pre season hasn't even started yet, if we still hadn't acted it would be more than "strange". The choice in OC made little sense unless taking into account possibilities such as cost, likelihood of working to certain expectations and ultimately trying to avoid a PL scenario (manager slagging owners in press)! Someone with a crap reputation such as OC therefore makes sense when taking into the ridiculous decision making process at Ewood.
What's the suggestion though? From seeing that process as strange? Many weird things have gone on, an example; our previous manager had made the decision to leave months before the end of the season! Can't remember such happening before, does that mean there is more than meets the eye? Such as an intention to rile already annoyed fans purposely and alienate the 1/3rd of the fan base left?
Conspiracy theorists = normal?
They are not making decisions purely for footballing reasons, but, like Elvis, I have a Suspicious Mind.

Thanks Glen.
" I have to say that for this situation to arise at MD level of a Plc is quite extraordinary and in my view in football is unprecedented...
...I would strongly urge for an urgent review of the structure and corporate governance of the Club in order to avoid a repeat or confrontation between the Board and the owners, both of which would be highly damaging to the Club."And yet he continued in his Job for nearly 3 years and without apparent sanction. And we continue to have a dysfunctional Board structure.
And some people STILL think Venkys are our only option.

Well after sticking up for Kean, he can't say he doesnt know what he's getting into. There will be no honeymoon period. Venkys will have succeeded in one thing. Galvanising the fan base in universal discontent at the manager. Maybe the straw that breaks the camels spine.
Those considering ST renewal need to think long and hard about the bigger picture here.
Consider this, JA has got his hands in the till again. That's where your money will be going.

We finally have a solution to the Riverside Camera position
-
You're right. It's just more bullsheet put out to justify shutting the BB End upper.Still don't think it will happen.
They'll shut the Riverside next because it's sinking into the River Darwen

Everyone buy season tickets and match day tickets in the Riverside only then the ground will look empty for every game!
Great idea.
A pseudo boycott
However, the football is so sh!te Sky aren't planning to show us next season at Ewood, so no cameras will be required.

A definite PR exercise going on, talking about exact amounts of tickets sold when in the past you would hear nothing of actual sales.
I mean 250 sold instead of 5, that's some like for like increase! Nevermind closing stands, we'll need a bigger ground if sales carry on at this rate!
Venkys Ministry Of Thought in full throttle.
