  1. presty - mc's ruin music :P

bazza - love sven vath!! would call his stuff more minimal techno than tech trance though, used to listen to sound of the sixth season over and over on my ipod!! now ive moved onto sound of the seventh season! cant wait to see him at creamfields. i prefer proper techno though; you should get over to leeds some time for the dirty disco! dave clarke is playing on bank holiday sunday 6th may cant wait!!

  2. Roy if you like van buuren and tiesto thats pretty much the cream of trance! check out artists like ferry corsten, scott project and *some* of eddie halliwells stuff (most of his stuff borders between hard trance and hard house though! im not really into new trance although some hard-trance is alright! bit quick for my liking, i prefer it slower with a really filthy bassline!! the type of dance music to avoid at all costs is commercial dance (the stuff you hear blasting out of chavs souped up corsas). This is the kind of music some djs make just to make money, they are sell out @#/?s!

the version of 'as the rush comes' that you have must be a tiesto remix as the original artist is 'motorcycle'. if you like it check out satellite by oceanlab!!

  3. anyone been to tidy weekend before?

an old friend of mine got signed up by tidy last year, the colonel, aint spoke to him in a while though! never done a tidy weekender as i dont like hard house, or ###### hardcore!! one of my mates goes to every single one though, he lives for them lol

  6. Why when legalisation is mentioned are crack and heroin the first ones that are mentioned?

They are the worst ones, most people who enjoy recreational drugs are definately not using heroin and crack.

What about all the rest of them, the party drugs, the ones that people use every weekend, have a very good time and then go back into work on Monday morning like everybody else?

Why are these illegal, it makes no sense?

    100% agreed

  7. I think its the second one, though the film really stopped making sense in the third act.

I think the idea was when they first entered the town they entered an alternate dimension - as evidenced by Sean Bean running up and down the same streets as them at the same time (with his dodgy American accent), but not seeing them. So when it gets to the end they escape but are still stuck on the Silent Hill 'side.'

Anyway, it didn't make a lot of sense, but it was easily the best computer game adaptation I've seen (not like there's much competition), visually stunning. I usually loathe excessive CGI, but they managed it so well. The music was fantastic too.

cheers for that radagast much appreciated!

  8. This is an old one but its a question i have from a film i watched a while back.

I never played the game but went to see silent hill in the cinema, i enjoyed the film but i didnt really get the ending of it, are they dead or are they trapped in the other dimension that silent hill is part of? or am i a million miles away from the correct solution??

  9. That is news to be LW.

Never hear this, but he has matured and progressed steadily in his career. Never would doubt Baird in the Premiership. In the past I would have questioned him, but he not afraid to be pitted in amongst the best. I know it's only Latvia, but he stood firm and gave his best performance I've seen from a defender in absolute ages.

dont forget he can play in a holding midfield role, as he showed so well against spain
