I reckon we have very serious problems up front this season .
I would snatch the hand off anyone offering to swap Nonda for Kuqi .
-
Nice one , jim . Good for you that ...

I think aesthetically they're quite beautiful. I never understood the "ruining of the countryside" argument.
I got talking to someone living near a bunch of these wind turbines in the lake district and she asked me my opinion on the subject . A good idea , I replied , nothing wrong with them . A look of horror came over the lady and I was obliged to listen to a harangue on their deficiencies , culminating in her trump card that they kept her awake at night . Eventually I even signed a petition against them which the indignant old lady produced .....
Next time I drove past some of the offending windmills I got out and walked right up to one of them . Not a bloody sound...
Conned again...

Quite often I tell kids about cheap tickets and they haven't been aware of them. They tend to walk around with their eyes closed most of the time.
I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that ticket prices must be fixed at the same price for all league matches throughout the season - and , needless to say , kids tickets must be set at no more than a fiver . Kids have to be indoctrinated into the true faith at an early age .
At present the Rovers are chopping and changing and forever coming up with new gimmicks . The average walk-on punter won't bother reading about "The Card" for example .....even I can't be bothered to suss that one out .

I've done my research.
Vinjay posted this, jumping to the Chelsea manager's defense, and deriding Rovers in comparison.
Inconclusive , Shaddy . I can't believe anyone would spend so much time on the subject of the Rov......sorry , Blackburn , if they weren't a supporter .
Good points he made about Burnley , though , in his latest piece .

Always helps if you know what powers mods have Phil, I certainly can't change someones Avatar.
I can edit the rubbish you tend to spout but that's about as far as my powers go.
Powers !?
You lot make me laugh sometimes .
-
I always thought that avatar was far more insulting and childish than any of Vinjay's posts . But that's our mods for you....
-
What a sad, deluded, ignorant, uneducated little man.
Yes , but that's enough about yourself , Matt ........let's keep to the subject of a premier league quality rant from Vinjay .
The decision to ban Vinjay MUST be overturned

It's quite simple Theno ...you get into negotiations with reps from Barca and Milan and then ....err ...spike their drinks with Col's latest concoction .
-
Maybe dropping him from the bench as well as the team might encourage SWP to get himself a team that can offer him a regular place . I have to question his hunger to play at all sometimes . Mind you , watching the game yesterday I have to question whether any of them can be ar$ed to earn their money ...

Whether or not the official had made a mistake doesn't justify saying that women have no part in football.
Yes it does
-
It's not necessarily the lack of pace that's doing us , it's the lack of movement and the subsequent lack of options for the player on the ball . Laziness in other words .
-
Apart from the header from a yard out that was somehow missed , Eddie
-
Well I'm not eating my words about Nonda's nondescript peformances yet.....
-
Off topic a little but it has been on the news today that Scumchester are ready to take the ageing (now 17) Freddy Adu on trial . The Arse and Chelsea were also mentioned . We weren't .
-
I'd rather take a chance on Eastwood.
His manager says he's going nowhere in the January window ...............so we've definitely a good chance if we offer a decent price
-
It's not a surprise Rovermatt did
-
Interesting preview, but I think that the constant use of the term Scum when referring to United is not doing this board any favours. Just my opinion.
Are we allowed to refer to Scumchester's manager as Sir Alex Ferguscum ? Or will that offend your sensitivities
-
I question your judgement of players then.
I'll be the first to eat my words if he bags a couple against Scumchester at the weekend
-
The best way to blood him, is a sub, when there is no pressure on him. .
He was sub a couple of games ago , I think . Can't remember which one - might even have been the Basle game
-
Yeah ; leave it out , Azzyb...
-
His all round play has been good - sometimes excellent. The only problem is that he doesn't look like scoring.
That seems to go against his previous record, maybe that horrific looking injury did more harm than we realise.
I've seen enough to discount this bloke ever being a serious force. Not excellent , not good Not even adequate come to that .

I am not a scientist but in my view much as I hope they are right, the climate change-deniers are in the same camp as the Flat Earth Society.
It is an undeniable fact that human beings have dramatically altered the face of the Earth in the last 150 years. About 50% of the tree coverage has gone, there are 10 times more of us and we are the first creature to create a deficit- about 50% of the planet's stored fossilised hydrocarbons have been consumed in the past 150 years. That's the equivalent of having a 600 million year long forest fire covering all of the Americas, Europe and Asia.
The science of carbon dioxide trapping heat is very basic and unchallengeable. The figures for the composition of the troposphere and atmosphere are a matter of data records and historic fact. The climate warming-deniers have to explain why these two simple phenomena are not responsible for the shift in average sea and air temperatures which are also fact. Metatrends in global temperatures are also a fact so they have to explain why a meta rise in temperatures is conveniently happening now to mask the impact of industrial man as opposed to any other time.
In a minimax regret scenario, Stern has to be taken seriously and acted upon. EVEN IF CLIMATE WARMING THEORY IS WRONG, the impact of implementing Stern would be worth it in terms of reduced disease from pollution, protection of bio-diversity and conservation of hydrocarbon reserves.
So I take it you'll not be flying the distances between your two homes ?

She lives in Cheshire, has high disposable income, probably doesn't work, is aged 45-55, regards herself as ten years younger, likes to lunch etc. She doesn't go to football.
I thought Cheshire Blue was a bloke ...
