It's great that we finally realise something has to be done but it's abit late. Most of the glory hunters and are now die hard chelsea fans who wouldn't go to ewood if tickets were free. The only way to get people to come back is to win more often than not and play good football which we clearly don't.

Have to say it was great to see how quickly we lost confidence after the first goal and credit must go to the boys for another stunning performance. Some harsh words need to be said as we look so easy to beat. The formation with one up front will not work, was a good idea two seasons ago. We're the cheapest team to watch in the premiership but can understand why people state this as a reason. Wish the club could adopt a buy two get one free policy or something which would still be fare on season ticket holders. I think it's more to the fact that when we we're doing well winning the league ect. a third of the crowd we're all glory hunters and left as soon as success did. Deal with it. i will be at every home game i can get to this year travelling from london. Also maybe the cricket had an effect on yesterdays crowd.

It really annoys me hearing some rovers fans go on, Barry was class, At least with him when he played badly you knew he could do better, When Tugay and flitcroft play you know to expect nothing but miss placed passes and poor takles. Ok now we got savage but how long till he gets suspended then we'll look so weak. Also why sell when there's no chance what so ever to bring anyone else in??? makes me think that money won't be made available for new players.

The attendance last night was grim.

A Lancashire Derby which is usually a good game to go to. But the attendance was poor.

I knew loads of people both Blackburn and Bolton fans who said they weren't going to bother turning up for the game because the game was being televised on Sky.

Even if didn't get that penalty neil's handball was obvious. We honestly have the least creativity in the league and prob the 2nd worst forward line behind Norwich, but even they scored 4. They only way we pull out results is Through Hard work and effort, but please can we have someone special to make these things easier

If he goes i will be so gutted as he's the sort of person to build a team around. If we sell him it just shows how badly our club is percieved by others, we'll never be succesfull again and if we even show signs of going in the right direction our best player always leaves. if we sign Savage as a replacement he will drown in the midfield without the class of of Fergy! Great Display, Couldn't believe what was watching. Have to say all the players baring todd looked very fit and chased everything when they could, very pleasing

Very pleased we didn't lose, but getting so pi$$ed off that everyone seems to want to take a pop a rovers in the press. I know we're not great this year but we're not as far behind other teams as some make out. If we do stay up i think we should get cards printed and send them to all the anti rover wa&&ers on the telly. Sorry really drives me MAD!!!

So pleased with a performance for once!! well done lads. Thought everyone bar brad and lucas looked good today, Emerton is on fire long may it continue. Very interested to see if hughes sticks with the players, Tink Jay deserves to keep his place But who should replace niel???

I have to say it's very interesting reading everyone's views but i can't help but think people may be missing the point and just blaming souness, has noone thought that he may of been a good manager for keeping the team above water and it's not easy ask mark hughes. I agree some of his signings we're terrible but i can't imagine us losing 4 nil 2 games in a row with souness as manager. I still believe hughes will come good but it will be next year getting us promoted as i strongly think we lack any flair but it don't matter as have no strikers to finish the chances, need i even mention our defence.
