It's from the makers of Battlefield (1942, 2, 2142), has all the same features like cars, tanks, and planes except it's cartoonified, 3rd person, but best of all it's completely free!

Just make an account on the website, download the game, then make your character and your ready to go.

Totally addictive game with a rank system like most FPS's, and higher ranks allow you to buy better weaponary etc.

Only downside is server lag which can get frustrating at times.
