No it dont matter but if you want to keep any info private please at least try it, free and easy to install works like explorer but 100 times better and safer and you have thousands of plugins \ add-ons to play with

Ive not used Tor with internet explorer but im guessin it works the same , only use firefox with the plugins can view a webpage and with on click of a button im viewing from Germany, USA or Japan etc
