We are dropping like a stone under Kean so something needs to be done now. No manager with a good Premiership record will come near us the position we are in. It's about the here and now and what is left of this Sh1t season, the Nelsen thing is a stop gap so as to get a response from the player and maybe just maybe get enough points for safety, then get a proper manager in!

Replacing a novice with a bigger novice is not wise. Tony with Nelsen as assistant for the last five may work. We are stuck with the man though.
