The Canadian international signs from Shrewsbury for an undisclosed fee and has signed a 2 year deal. Leutwiller has previously worked with Rovers boss Mowbray at Middlesbrough and becomes the club's seventh signing of what is proving to be a busy summer for Rovers. View full article 1
