I had a Player HD subscription which I bought last January for twelve months. As it’s now run out I looked at I follow to try and subscribe again for a further twelve months but can only find the match day or monthly subscription available. Has anyone subscribed to I follow for twelve months and if so how?
I think the 12 months was only available before the start of the season. I think you just have to get match passes from now until the end of this season.

Yeah, isn't it now the worst news when we are actually picked for TV. Damn you overpriced SKY!
-
Odd, the Scunthorpe game did actually allow me to run the video and audio streams at the same time. They are back to blocking the second stream now. Why can't they just have the commentary stream on the video. Stupid system.

Is a match pass of todays game available? It's not showing up for me, only the "listen live now" option is there.
Ignore me, I'm being dim. Last time I tried there used to be 2 buttons (back at the Gillingham game), I've just noticed it lets me buy the match pass if I click in the listen live button. DOH!

Not a single wicket on the second innings. That's poor beyond belief.

I’m more concerned about posting links to Facebook groups showing every game on here!
I didn't even know that was a thing until you posted that! thanks (goes to look)

My American correspondent reliably informs me it’s working really well tonight.
Please remember we cannot allow discussions of how to watch the match!
Except in the last 20 pages

Think I've sorted the tags now.
I think the report post text is always like that, sure it was on the lat version of the forums. Only shows when you hover. There appears to be certain elements that the forums software doesn't like you messing with, like the forum "breadcrumb" menu. I can set background colours on it but it refuses to change the text colour.

Yes, but the recipient just sees "reacted" - not "like", "sad", "thanks", "confused" or "funny".
Reacted on its own doesn't mean owt.
Ah I see. but just like the old system, I think it only notified "xxx liked your post" and you have to click on that to actually find out what post. I guess the same principal applies, you need to click on the notification to actually see what post and what the reaction is.
Nothing is perfect, and this is just the stock update of the forums.

I know what "like" means, but reacted can be taken any number of ways and doesn't mean anything ? Can we use plain English please ?
So the reaction of "sad", "thanks", "confused" and "funny" doesn't make sense?

Nice job on the new look. Can I just ask that the 'Home > Forums > Discussions > Football Messageboard' is in a different colour as I can hardly see it? I normally use that to click where i want to navigate to from the current thread I am on.
I agreed, it looks like a really pale grey to me. I can't actually find that particular element in the theme editor so it's a bit of a work in progress.

What does the notification mean saying a member "reacted" to a post ?
There are more reactions than just "like" now. There is also, thanks, sad, confused and funny. It just means that someone has essentially used the old like function on one of your posts.

Saw it in Morrisons today, £50!!! I walked past. I can wait until this time next year when it will be free on EA Access or down to £5.

How long is the deal for?
I wonder about the actual investment that's gone into it especially considering this:

The was tongue in cheek. Well, at least I hope it was!

Well I only caught some of the game as I am on holiday with pretty poor internet access.
I found that i couldn't watch the game on my mobile but it worked fine on the laptop. I also found that you only actually need the VPN running to sign into iFollow, not to actually stream. So, to save VPN bandwidth or get quicker streaming speeds (if in UK), logout and close the browser. Login to VPN and launch browser and sign into iFollow. Go to the match page and click the watch live button. Then disable the VPN. You might need to refresh the browser but mine just continued playing once the VPN had dropped.

Queried this with the club this am. They think a link will appear 24 hours before kick off. You can only puchase if you have a 'foreign' debit/credit card.
The link is already there as I described.
If you can't pay by credit card, use Tunnel Bear (or whatever VPN provider you prefer) and change your location to Hong Kong, Singapore or New Zealand. All of those give PayPal as a payment option. Follow the instructions above to go to the match details to get the "Buy a Match Pass" button. I've just done it as a test using PayPal.

It says match passes are available from the "Match Centre" which isn't overly helpful.
However, if you go to "Matches" - "First Team Fixtures and Results", The big banner at the top shows the Southend Game with a "Match Centre" button in the middle. Click on this and it will take you to the game details where 2 buttons appear for "Buy a Match Pass" and "Buy a Season Pass"
So it appears they are integrating quite well with the rest of the site. The match pass itself is 6 EURO.
Note: This was all using a browser, no idea how you do the same from the app

Cracking fun 80's/90's style wrestling game for anyone into that kind of thing. It's still in Early Access but its great fun, more so than the over complicated recent WWE offerings. Better yet, it fully supports Steam Workshop where users have created just about every real world wrestler you can think of.

So has anyone succeeded in paying by Pay pal from Australia yet?
If Australia doesn't have the PayPal option, just install something like TunnelBear and set your location to Hong Kong. You will then be able to use PayPal to sign up. Then just uninstall TunnelBear again if you no longer want it.

I've got to say, I'm loving this thread. Lots of history I was never aware of.

I like the re-booted franchise, but read a review this morning that said it should really be called 'Skirmish for the Planet of the Apes'.
Someone stole my tweet!
I put "I have just watched 2 long walks and a minor skirmish for the Planet of the Apes"

I watched War for the Planet of the Apes in 3D last night.
I was a bit underwhelmed, the 3D added very little and the plot had not really moved on from Dawn.
It was also 20 minutes too long as I'd had a Heineken and a Wold Top Brewery "Anglers Reward" (which was a lovely local beer) during the film.

In which case we have plenty of foreign fans on here that could, if two accounts are allowed under the same details, make the payment for you and then be reimbursed?
That would work, but would take a few trusting people!

I thought it would be mid-week, non televised games. Could be wrong though.
Good to see they are ripping off domestic fans again when overseas match passes are only £5
