  1. Wel I watched the game and we did play well. However we need in the summer to boast our midfield and we need players who can take chances, it's easy to get too down when we play badly and too high when we play well. I think we will make the play off then it's up to whoever plays better and also as a bit of luck or run of the ball. If we do not go up the owners next season must give him the money he needs to buy the players the club needs

  2. Well glad we are winning but to be fair there are the better team. Some of Ur passing as been good a lot more not so good. When we have the ball we need to keep it and not just give it to the other side. The midfield as got better, but our forwards in the middle of the park need to play better and keep the ball, in the summer we need at least two new centre towards.. will we win I hope so but we need to play better to even get a draw

  3. Too people who know more about football then me, in the first half where we're our midfield the back four had no options in the middle of the park, Buckley looked lost and did not hurt or want the ball if he is our postmarked then weup the river without a boat never mind a paddle.  Our forwards are not up to the job and one of them needs to go to Spain now for me he should of been sold montgs ago he is a one season wonder..

The goalkeeper played ok and our new signing played well apa4t from that lets plan fir next season because this one seems to be a right off

  4. Well it's the same thoughts that I have written about for the first half however to add to it there passed the ball much quicker then we did there had more options on the ball. Our almost out of contract forwards needs to be sold in Jan if he carrys on playing like that, steward there forward was a lot better. We need the money to be spent on midfield and a better forward.

To be fair to our manager it will take time money is tight and more me it's a holding season let get the basic Foundation right and push on in one or two seasons. However the more we are on sky and the higher up we go the more money we get so it's all to play for, and for a moment there I thought we might get our first draw, should of known we do not do draws 😔

  5. A number of things to point out in the first half. Our midfield needs to give the player on the ball much more options. Our forwards needs to be much better, there forwards look a lot better then ours do. Our goal keeper needs to work on his kicking/passing he gives the ball away far too much.

I do need toike playing three in midfield when there have five in there's, for me the way forward is to by lay a three  five two with the forwards working much closer together playing two out wide means that when we get the ball there is no one there to support the players on the ball. But I am only a fan what do I know lol let's hope for a better second half you never know we might be in fit for our first draw.

  6. Well it's got worse our midfield for me is the problem when we have the ball the midfield give our defence no options what ever happened to playing on the half turn as a midfield player should when we have the ball. When we lose the ball midfield give us no cover at all. Our forwards cannot hold the ball up so we lose the ball most if the time. Goalkeeper cannot pass the ball so when he has it we either lose the ball or the pass he gives puts us under pressure. The answer back to basics of football when have it pass and move and use it when you lose the ball get the .......ball back

  7. I for one like a team to play out from the back but you need a strong midfield who will run off the ball and are not afraid to ask for the ball. Man city do it but there have a midfield who is strong work hard and can control the ball when they have it.

To get a team like that takes time but if it does not work then option B is to by pass the midfield and play the long ball/pass good teams can bo both, we have to learn to do both well.

It's easy to go overboard when we win or lose but some where in the middle is about where we are not as good if we win but not as bad if we lose

  8. Having watched the match I did think before hand we would lose the problem we have is a lack of pace thought-out the team Burnley were quicker to the ball quicker movement off the day and beat out players for pace almost everytime.

Having said all that it will take time to build up the team I think another 18 months and we will see a team ready for going up. At the moment we are not ready.

Good to have a break work on the training pitch and we go again we are higher up then I thought we would beso at hard as it is learn from today and move on

  9. For me having watched the second half a number of things hit me

Our movement off the ball when we had the ball was poor to say the least there always had more and better options then us when rhere had the  ball

Our passing from the back to the front was once again poor this was not helping by a lack of options from midfield.

Our forwards to date are not too good. The hold up play wasbad the control and first touch was not all to the mark .

If we are playing the press system then all the team must press at the same time often the forwards would press and the midfield and defence dropped back hence leaving free space for them to by pass the press

If qe want to play the way our manager wants then for me there have to play a three five two system. The midfield was overwhelmed at times

Our star forward had a bad games and he as had some bad games so far so if deal can be done in Jan then sell and reinvestment in the team can be done.
