The Who - I'm The Face
"I'm the Face" (which is a reworking of the Slim Harpo classic "Got Love If You Want It") was The Who's first record release, when they were still performing as the High Numbers. It was recorded in 1964.
But it is on the Odds and Sods album by the Who so take it however one wants.

Beware the savage chore!
I got lucky here, we were all just listening to this because a lot of articles have come out in the news today how the book is 70 years old.. and I have always liked that song a lot.
Do your own search, I use bing.com but a lot of articles on it today.
