Name and start shaming him. Everything he does, expose him for what he really is. Sooner or later some of the shit will stick. Start getting him worried in whatever he does, says or thinks. Once the pressure builds, m he WILL crumble. He is the one laughing at us. Let’s see how he copes when the heat is turned up on him. The coward will stop laughing and start to worry and he is targeted.

So what’s the reasons for consistently conceding late goals? It’s not just under Tomasson, it happened regularly under Mowbray too.
It used to happen a lot in the 80’s too.

We will always be a nearly team under these owners, as every year they will sell players and we have to rebuild. So, it will be starting again every season. They just want us selling players and making money. Totally Groundhog Day.

Question is, is the team learning?

Carrying on the theme of rivalries, I've often - sorry! - mentioned that I grew up in Blackpool the proud Blackburnian son of two exiles from the town.
My Dad couldn't get work in Blackburn in the 1930s; but his Mum apparently had a share in a Boarding House in Blackpool so he worked there. And the rules back in those days were that women teachers - and Civil Servants?? - had to resign when they got married. However, they, especially my Dad, made sure I had blue-and-white blood in my veins.
I find this thread a bit amusing for the way that those of us who grew up in "the old Lancashire" - including Merseyside and Greater Manchester - ignored most of the teams based there when it came to looking at rivalries. We never played Oldham Pathetic (as they were known to us) or Rochdull, as the locals seem to pronounce it, so they were never thought of as rivals.
Those rivalries often took subtle forms; for example, I remember that in 1953, once Blackpool had won their F.A. Cup semi-final, it didn't take long for the ⅓ pint of milk we had, Mondays-Fridays at junior school, came in bottles which had tangerine tops, rather than silvery ones.
So in those early days, my main rivals were Blackpool, even though it wasn't till I went to grammar school at the start of the 1957-58 season that we joined them - as well as Bolton, PNE and some other Lancashire team - in "the old Division 1".
That was the school where I made my first acquaintance with lads whose first loyalties were to Bolton, PNE and Burnleh; often because their Dads had come from those towns to the Fylde Coast in search of work. And it was some considerable time later that I discovered there had been another Rovers' fan - subsequently a member of this Board, no less! - at that school.
Right, enough of these rambling reminiscences; tonight's game will be a home win - clinched by the odd goal of three and preferably scored in the 74th minute!
Oldham have a real hatred for us because of the 80’s and Burnley, Bolton, Preston and Blackpool being in Divison 4. Used to see some real trouble when going over there. Plus it was always cold. Even in August! 😂

All Lancashire Derbies are important, but the big one is always Burnley. And I’ve been a Rovers fan since 1976.

Anyone drinking in Earls Court before game? If so, where?

Tomorrow is damage limitation. I’ll still be there to cheer on the team.

Any win counts. Let’s hope we can keep going today.

Buried my mum on Thursday. She loved rovers hope we get a result for her. I used to go to games with her till venkys came and ruined everything. I couldn't go after that because of what they did to the club. My big regret was not taking her to one more game
Hold on to the games you went with her. Venkeys have taken a lot from many of us, but they can’t take the memories of Rovers and the games you went to with your Mum.

Feeling good about today. After three wins on the bounce they should be feeling confident. I'll go 3-1. Late consolation goal for Swansea.
Prepare to be disappointed…

Why have a transfer page, we won’t be making any signing in January…

He knows what he’s doing and he is succeeding. He is alienating the fanbase. Slowly trying to wear us down. He needs to be challenged all the time. Sadly, he is the only one who communicates with the owners, so they listen what he has to say. They dont know the truth or even half of it. There has to be someone who can speak with the guy who goes unknown at Ewood? Didn’t Chaddy see him, but was too involved with eating his burger at the time to say anything?

What are they worried about if they are such honest people. I believe they have a lot to worry about and ‘scare’ of letting us know the real truth and what has really happened.
Unless they open the lines of communication, we are never going to move forward in any way, shape or form. They are creating mess after mess.
They think Stevie Maggott is trustworthy? He doesn’t have the clubs best interests at heart. Just his own. With the fans onboard, we can move things forward for the better. They don’t think this, but it’s true.
So, why aren’t they?

I’m sure the trust wouldn’t object to the owners joining the zoom call…
Will they though? We all no the answer to that.

Yeah, like that’s going to happen anytime soon. They need to speak with India first, so they can get ‘Their Story’ together.
