Dillo, just gotta praise your pictures!
You show some high photographic skills here, good work dude

Yeah, I sometimes think for a second I have logged into wrong club forum these days
Hopefully they'll change the logo to fit the shirt better

Not wanting to go off topic, but Kuqis contract ran out, Ipswich offered him an improved one but he didn't want to sign, as he opted for a place in the PL. There wasn't really anything they could do about it.
As such, I think it's wrong to say they let him go on a free, it's not like the situation last year when we let Cole go on a free.

Pure class!
Can't believe the mancs taking it seriously
-
In other words; In the end the supporters pay the whole party for him.
That's true of any club.
Of course I know that....
However at which price?
By the way, I'm only writing what I know the case is amongst Scum supporters, it's not my concerns.
I'm actually enjoying this, funniest thing in footy since we played the dingles

Good point made by the Guardian that most people are ignoring:
"The only consolation for fans is that since Malcolm Glazer is in it for the money, he will surely have to keep spending enough of it to maintain and improve the club's performance in order to cash in on his worldwide marketing ambitions. If the club sinks down the league table, then so does United's brand value. As with football clubs everywhere, nothing succeeds like success."
Also, Glazer is a smart enough business man to not buy the team if it was going to be a money losing proposition. Sorry Philip, but I'd trust the financial acumen of a man who has made plenty of money on "bad" purchases (he spent $50 million over the odds for the Bucs, but they are probably worth double his original investment) than you.
That's not the whole point, American.
What the mancs are afraid of is, for Glazer to make money on this, that the tickets and everything associated with the "club" will be priced skyhigh.
Thus if he makes money on the club, it's because the supporters have had to spend more money.
He wont care if the true fans can't afford going to the matches, as there are plenty of tourists willing to spend half their travelling budget at Old Trafford.
Not to mention that they are more likely to be ripped off in the club store as well.
In other words; In the end the supporters pay the whole party for him.

Oh, and I'm sorry for starting a non-Rovers topic. Please continue to discuss Arsenals 7-0 defeat of Everton and Terry Venables' carreer.....
Style points achieved, Rainmaker

The latest is that he did not show up for training today, noone knows where he is, and Lyn are considering calling the police
-
At least two different agents claims to have a deal with him, which is supposed to give each of them 30% of his wages at his new club.
-
still the greatest ever ;-)
and if he comes up with greater signings in the future, that's just great
-
but we like winding you Scandanavians up
I dont care who scores as long as we score more than them
Same for me Flopsy, I don't care who scores.
Mceverly, Fridal, Gallacher, Nelson, Johansen, Janson, or even Mokena.
As long as they're not Dingles )
-
In no particular order;
5 other teams than Rovers:
- Norway national team
- Vålenga (local team)
- HJK (due to my finnish roots)
- AFC Wimbledon (The supporters have my full respect for what they've done)
- Anyone playing the dingles
-
He didn't refuse to play. He was dropped.
According to Mark Hughes, he did refuse to play the last cup game.
-
The days of Souey are over, therefore no Arveladze.
I'm sure with him still in charge, we'd say thank you to both him and Ball, with no money involved.
This Hughes guy aint that easy to fool
-
I would imagine Rovers are trying to rush this through now. Am I correct in saying that if a bid is accepted before midnight we are still allowed to continue any transfer dealings?
I don't think that's how it works, but I could be wrong
-
PHEW he passed the medical! Sweating on that! Hopefully we can pay out for carew and koumas now!
As I've said before, Carew would have no interest in signing for us. The spoilt kid needs a flashy club
-
Heres a thought..if the playoffs had existed in the 70s and eighties when Rovers were always near ,we might have gone up much earlier and Simon Garner & Co may have become England players
another thought;
if we got zidane, keane, etc....
well, we didn't
-
then let's have sutty, I'll take anything!
-
Whatever you're on, unleaded, can I have some?

3-3 Birmingham against Birmingham two months ago...
What?
Didn't Brum think any of the clubs were big enough to play against, so the only option they had to play a big game was against themselves?
I missed that one
