  1. rover.gif i've enjoyed my months of exile on this board,to see all the pro souness brigade slowly come round to my way of thinking, and then change there mind agian, souness has had a very lucky escape, and hopefully he will leave in the summer.then again he may not,all i say to you all were would we be if he had signed mcbride. tinykit.gif
  2. :rover: today was our 10th central defensive partnership off the season,we have had every permatation off taylor - amoruso-todd-nissa-short-babbell going.this is half our problem this season,ok injuries and suspension's have played a part, but the manager has too find his best partnership soon.

with mcbride not coming how about ashton off crewe. :brfc:

  3. one thing i dont understand is how souness last season was called one of the best managers then all of a sudden as soon as things start to go wrong everybody jumps on his back it just goes to show how fickle people can be and i ask them to sod off and just support united and be done with it coz you aint gonna find no glory here

:rover: is that aimed at me by any chance :brfc:

  4. :rover: its time for souey to wheel and deal his way out off trouble,i think with our present squad the nationwide beckons,so mr souness has 15 days left to save our team.who does he sell, who does he keep, even more who does he sign.

so far we have signed enckleman,a waste off cash in my eyes,he ain't going to take brads place unless he get's injured.that money should have gone on outfield players.now jw has said we ain't got no cash, well if we go down his job will be in jepordy,or should be.

i reckon if souey can't wheel and deal his last chance will be the youngster's. :brfc:

  5. :rover: how did novice managers become good one's they were given a chance.we as a club have groomed many decent managers since the 70's,smith,lee,kendall to a lesser extent saxton and mackay.our failures have been few and far between in that time,iley-pickering.since the walker years, kidd and hodgson have been mediorce whilst souey and daglish have enjoyed sucsess.as for harford :brfc:
  6. :rover: would sturrock be such a bad chioce, the last manager we got from the pilgrims was decent.whoever is mentioned gets ridiculed by the souness brigade,my personal choice is mark hughes, and before you all ridicule him he is my choice, just a fan who buys 3 season tickets, pays for rovers world,is in the 500 draw, and used to go when we were really sh8t.

i have changed my mind on replacing souness, because this season is too far down the line, when he dissapears of to london,or scotland this summer, don't be too dissapointed. :brfc:

  7. Why dont some of the sad people on this board who wanna sack Souness actually go to some away games and hear 2,000 Rovers fans outsing the home fans with 'Souness blue&white army' when we are 2-0 down. This shows what that the real Blackburn fans want, SOUNESS TO STAY.

:rover:now then were do you want too start, real blackburn fans mmmmmmmmmmmmm.sad i maybe but i realise when the club i love are going no were fast.i have been to many away games in the distant past, when a skateboard would have carried the rovers fans.wake up and smell the coffee as someone says on this board we are in trouble.maybe souness is the man,but he does not have my support  :brfc:

  8. Waggy...I have regularly agreed with many of your posts and ideas, but the very thought of replacing Souness with anyone, especially Mark Hughes, is idiotic at this present moment. True we aren't winning every match, but in recent weeks we have won the majority and are slowly climbing the table, and if we continue to pick up points (espeically if we win 3 or 4 of our next few matches) then we will climb into the top half and be looking at a season that still has plenty of potential. The very fact that you said "if we lose to leicester we are doomed" shows that the pessimistic point of view isn't proving to be true at the moment is it?

:rover: our next 3 games are all winnable, but i'm more confident off gaining 3pts than 9pts :brfc: if souness saves the day and we do not get relagated then swans off to spurs what will you souey can do no wrong brigade think then :brfc:
