basically im sure you'll agree, the official site is crap! for a website run by the club the news should be on there before newspapers, TV etc.

It's ok putting it on a messageboard but like you said it should really be put on the official website! unreal, but it's not the first time and I doubt it will be the last!

Totally agree, why clubs do this to their supporters i'll never know.

I don't think the renewal deadline was too early rather that the packs were too late. The club need to get the stuff sorted although a few extra weeks wouldn't have done any harm given the lateness of the stuff.

Ypu should all know what Rovers are like by now, keep everything hush hush like they are doing with the pre-seaon details.

'Cheap' flights are now getting on for £100 so it's looking unlikely that i'll be able to go now with Germany as well.  Shame really as it would be great but I can't justify that much.  If it changes again back to Ireland then cheaper flights are still an option but by the time the club get round to sorting it they will no doubt be too expensive as well.

Rovers take the p155, are they going to give us the full details the day before or somethin lol. ive ended up having to pay £100 for Germany flights before it went up any more!

Although it is being shown on terrestial tv , I will be watching the game in the pub for purley atmosphere reasons (well thats what I tell the wife).

I will be watching either in The Havelock or Ivy, where will the rest of the board members be watching the game tonight

I have had an e-mail from Danny (the Steward). He is interested in comming upto Blackburn to watch spurs here next season and said that he wouldn't mind meeting up with some of us. .

He was gobsmacked that his letter was put on the official website, andyway - I gave him the address of this site, he may come along.

The steward who wrote the letter has to be the steward who was in the lower tear and was by the end wearing a wig and a rovers scarf with silly string all over him. Nice to see some stewards can have a laugh and enjoy the atmosphere

yeah it will be him, i thought he was a d1ck at first but he's ok!! made me laugh when he came and sat with the fans!

The inflatable theme was ok, a lot of people took balloons wish i had got more now. The train back was packed full of incidents too.

I've not made up my mind if my inflatable cow needs blowing up before I board the train, before I get to WHL or once through the turnstiles.

A word of warning to those who have ever tried to inflate something whilst inebriated (cue numerous predictable jokes) - you'll get light headed very, very fast.
