Really hope Derby go up this season. Not only does the football they play deserve it, but if they have another year under Lampard then they will absolutely destroy everyone in the championship next year. Absolute quality team. Loved Lampard as a player and now I think he will become one of the great managers. Give it 3 Years Lampard will be Chelsea manager going up against Gerrard's Liverpool.
Wow The modern day football (soccer) fan.
You think Derby are a quality team ? Seriously. Dear dear me.

Always been a fan of MON. Wealth of knowledge and great football brain.
Not sure what Forest are thinking with this appointment to be honest.
His better days are gone although day to day with a Keane on the training ground it could work.
Not many big egos at Forest for Keane to rub up the wrong way.

Shelvey was absent for Newcastle yesterday having been to see a specialist in Barcelona midweek about a long standing thigh injury so that may not happen at the mo
Apparently Benitez isn't his biggest fan. Lad has so much talent but has a screw loose no doubt. I think he would be brilliant in out team as he can change a game with ease. Always liked him.

There was some talk about Leeds looking at him recently but I can't see where he fits in the starting XI. Shelvey would give us far more if that rumour is to be believed. Bielsa/Ortiz will probably look abroad sadly.

It was Mulgrew £3m that ?for me.
Get Dack properly fit and he is easily worth that.
I would have Dack around £10m. Similar to what we payed for Pat Bamford. Dack showed quality in League 1 but what I have seen this season has dropped off a bit.

I'd say our squad is worth a lot more than £23million surely. Dack around £18milllion, Mulgrew at £3million, Nyambe £3/4million, Raya similar, Lenihan similar again. Then you have young players like Armstrong and Travis who are worth a few bob and then the rest of the squad. I'd say a figure of £35million would be more accurate.
Dack £18m

Always on the cards that. Said it at half time. Nice to see those clowns with their tails btw their legs.
Good peformance on the road by Rovers. Not sure why so many of you have a downer on the manager.
Proven at this level and a double over Burnley next season.

Move Reed more central and get Graham on. Push Dack further up. 1 goal wins this.

Many thanks to the rovers fans who came to Chorley FC today, rovers bobble, hats scrafs and coats spotted in social club and in the stands your support really does help and is very much apreciated
Many Preston get down there or mainly Rovers and Bolton ?
-
Gregory coming on could cause you problems.

Shocking game but very winnable. At least we have the best young pundit on now. Looks and talks well. Big future this lad.

We've not had much luck with scheduling over the last couple of seasons. Several potentially large followings have been dampened by being clustered together, this Christmas being a good example.
1,000 for this fixture is thoroughly decent for us I think, given we've just had yourselves, Sheffield & Newcastle in next to no time.
Agree mate. Good turn out.

Over 900 sold this morning. With pay on the day, possibly just over 1,000.
Decent that tbf. Shite KO time just after christmas. Your support was good on boxing day. Best you have brought in years.

How many Rovers go down there ? 3/400 ?
Great away day down there. Surrey Quays early doors.

I suspect this game is only on Leeds TV because they want to try and promote Dack during the window.
Mowbray looks really negative as usual. Though I'm really pleased with the line-up. Prioritising the cup, the one thing that prolong interest in our season. ?
2-1 to Millwall.
We're up for the cup!!!
Leeds dont want Bradley Dack mate. Id rather have that Ginger lad. Reed.
-
Looking forward this game. Wall on a good run of form and Rovers always capable of beating form teams like Leeds and West Brom.
Won £77 today and tempted to lump on BTTS.
-
Not looking good for the NW teams at the moment. Wigan PNE Bolton and Rovers all in the bottom half. Hope they all stay up and Burnley go down. Some good derbies next season.
Blackpool not a million miles off the POs despite the ongoing fiasco.
Bolton will probably go mind. Not a pot to piss in.

City centre is quite nice to be fair - but my god the homeless problem is massive. Much worse than Manchester for example.
I will give you that though it is getting like that everywhere. Not good. Something needs to be done.

Not long now until February 1st when the wheels come off Leeds big time. I reckon they'll scrape into 8th.
I think that is just hope on your part. Not many more wins until the play offs are a shoe in.

It will be interesting to see what approach the football authorities take in SpyFoot with the club who are/were at the forefront of ripping the Championship and hence the EFL apart.
Is there any actual rule against clubs 'spying' or is it just some sort of Gentleman's agreement?, if the latter this would absolve Bielsa, the club and their fans surely.
No rule about spying apparently. Its a results driven industry and i applaud Marcelo for upsetting Derby and Fat Frank. Face like a wet weekend last night didn't he. Bit rich him crying about it. Im sure his ex wife cried a time or two after one of her regular slaps off him.

Rovers have fans branches all over the world.
Always thought Leeds was a bit of dump. Sheffied is better.
You're not special and you're only on here because you're winning
Leeds is a dump Jim ? In what respect ? Granted East and South Leeds are basically just huge sprawling council estates with gates on the doors and windows and crime is high but the city centre is absolutely thriving these days. A magnet for visitors from all over. Fantastic shops, pubs bars and clubs, fine dining, live events in arenas and theatres. Museums and galleries.Top class hotels.Far from a dump in all fairness.
I dip in and out on here. Not one to gloat. Nothing is won in January.

They did.
Leeds play some really good football at times.
That lad Clarke looked superb.
Its an amazing transformation from the same group of players. The work rate is incredible. Pablo Hendandez and Kalvin Phillips have been immense. Cooper is like a new player. Douglas has been a bit of a let down after arriving with such a reputation.
Clarke is a real talent and fully expect him to have a big impact over the next few months.
