What if teams are offering less than half that?
To be honest mate we will never sign Belotti not in a billion years.. I'd take £15M for brereton as I can't see him performing at whichever club he chooses to go to next

Let brereton go for circa £25M bring in Belotti on a free and let's go up as champions.

I hold out hope that we get through and play Stockport away in the next round (I think the only possible tie which is a new ground for me)
Longer term it would be good for the Club, finances, fans and young players to have a game against one of the top sides either filling Ewood or a good away trip. We haven't had one of those now since Liverpool in 2015.
United in the FA Cup league one season we had a good crowd on

We've had a poor run against Cov over the years, but that sticks out as such an awful game. Treacy and Rigters in particular were absolutely appalling.
Are you shocked by that at all?

Probably been asked, but is this an iFollow game? Working away so will be only way of watching. Cheers

Potential to be a very good player but as a rule, I never go back. Never the same second time around!
You talking about your ex there mate?

Genuinely how many players have we been linked with? Can think of about 5 off the top of my head.. 3 weeks until the start of the season. We are in trouble we are literally waiting on a BBD sale to kick-start the transfers aren't we?

Dark blue away with the rovers badge as a backing pattern and a red 3rd kit is what I'm lead to believe
I'll take that as a winner.

From the leaks the kits look abit rough this year, away kit looks like uniform for a warehouse job oh well at least we've made a few signings to soften the blow of some mid tier kits......

22 goals in 3 years is pish poor....whichever way you dress it up he's a terrible player with a very poor touch, crap close control and doesn't score.....
The goal against Boro was strikers instinct no?

I think with JDT being a former attacker it could work wonders with TD with help like positioning especially.. time after time he's just in a position of his own not having a true affect on the game and that's why it seems to just happily pass him by.. his trickery should be tamed slightly too as it's all show and no progress a lot of the time with him occasionally getting lost in his own skill. He's young and he's having fun which is obvious to see but in a league as cutthroat as the championship sometimes simple is more. He has potential but he has a great great deal to improve on.

Gotta be excited about this appointment surely, new DoF manager that's a bit of an unknown but has pedigree in a decent-ish league.. potential for a bunch of academy kids to make a name for themselves, when's the last time we appointed a manager that had just recently managed to win back to back titles? You don't do that if you're shite.

Linked with a loan move for striker Shabani Nonda and a permanent deal for Stephen Henchoz

All I wanna know is, who's selling the players? Surely any manager coming in wants to decide who he wants to keep etc??

My hope is the retained list hasn't been released yet because they're still negotiating with Lenihan and Nyambe.
However the silence on everything else is amateurish.
Surely they just say such and such has left, lenihan and Nyambe have been offered new deals to reflect their importance to the squad... Then if they reject the offer we can follow it up with Lenihan has left the club because we offered him a packet of Pork Scratchings and multipack can of Tizer

I mean we have absolutely nothing to lose if he was to go tonight? New manager bounce.. get a few different ideas in and we could go the last 7 playing great football, or continue down the path we are currently walking down which is no goal threats and no backbone?

Sorry for my language but I wish we stopped trying to win fucking pens we won't even score it.. stop going over in the box and try get on the end of the cross and you might actually see some results you bunch of bottlers.

This is absolutely unbearable it really is. We’re going to miss out on the top-six in the weakest championship in years because we’re totally incapable of finishing chances.
Never have anyone in the position to finish the chances, not one of them has the right positioning to take the chance

Was an absolute terrible pen no two ways about it

Can I ask, does anyone truly believe JDT is a good manager.. forget all the transfer nonsense.
Team just looks so out of sorts, rarely creating chances just going through the motions.
