As good as Alebiosu has been, this is a reminder that Brittain is a cut above.

Baradji looked like he was still injured to me. Bit of an odd cameo, gave the ball away, didn’t look mobile at all but seems like he’s technical and physical. Feel like I know less about how he’ll be for us than I did before!

Christ, Pears is awful.
Mass exodus in the Summer and not one c**t at the club thought it was a good idea to get rid of him. Our third keeper must be awful. To be fair they did want to get rid of him but no c**t would buy him!

God I wish we had more than one technical player at the club. The misplaced 3 yard passes and heavy touches physically pain me.

Bid accepted. Hyam gone.

Something like this is what the last ESC spot should have been used for, a potential game changer,
Not someone who will probably take until Christmas to get up and running.
If we were creative surely we could have signed Baradji, sent him for his op while keeping him on loan at his current club until January, he then would have been fit and raring to go as a January signing.
Might’ve missed it but have Rovers or EJ confirmed Baradji is currently unfit?

Interesting how Privy hasn’t confirmed Morishita. He only ever comments on done deals so I’m inclined to think this isn’t yet.
Privy is quite clearly very close to the club (within?) and is keen to put a certain narrative out there. I’ve always been skeptical when people have mentioned about a “club plant” before, but reading through his tweet history I’m absolutely convinced he is.

Something about Axel’s gait reminds me of Ozzy Osbourne

Well that's a very strange choice of captain.
Not against this experiment. It could light a fire under him.

Axel has played a couple of nice passes but doesn’t look like he can control the ball

Tavares has a bit of Nzonzi about him
-
Given VI said Brittain leaving meant we can do some business in the transfer market… If Travis goes and we can spend the money on a more technical but most likely less aggressive player (that we hopefully already have lined up), I’d probably take it. I’d take that over keeping Trav, lose him for nothing next year and then we’re chasing our tails to get a replacement in.
For me though, he doesn’t leave until we are in a position to announce a player on the same day he goes.

I’ve seen that some of the Derby ITKs haven’t named the player but have said we’ll be annoyed. My guess is it’s Miyoshi.

Didn’t take Eggatha Christie to work out he’d be going to Brum

Wouldn't say Ohashi is quick?
Yeah he’s probably average in pace but works hard

Looking at Ohashi, Kargbo, De Neve etc it appears with our limited budget we’re taking a punt on buying players with physical pace attributes rather than technical. I’ll be interested to see how this plays out output-wise as a direct comparison to Dolan who is the opposite.

Until anyone walks on a pitch in a rovers shirt, I'll trust nothing anyway.
I’d still then wait to see if we get fined for fielding an ineligible player
