  1. Agree, Travis will be hard to replace. He bleeds Rovers And would tackle his grandmother to get the ball. His influence on the squad and club as a whole can not be replaced
  2. There could be some more fees coming in with Telalovic sell on, still waiting on Finneran compensation, And Reps are currently in talks with Arsenal about Tyjon fee. Wouldn’t be surprised if we make some small purchases to fill the u21s as well.
  3. Been ruthless this seasons end with very few offered fresh terms. There’s a few more like. Buckley and JRC to get off the books as they didn’t feature much last season. Could clearly see the ones VI didn’t have confidence in. Side needs refreshing and we can’t just hold on to players who can’t even compete for a place. Latest windows have been a failure but got a feeling we will refresh a lot this summer. Won’t spend a lot but think we will get a few permanent signings in
  4. We defended better with Batth in the set up. 2 year deal is a must. Weimann on the other hand would be a gamble. Might not be the same player after latest surgery. Another setback and that’s a wasted squad spot and wages
  5. Wonder if we will go back in for Marwan AL Sahafi for the right wing. His agent spoke of our interest in January along with QPR.
  6. Agree with you. For a winger you expect them to be able to create chances.Hedges creates little,His best attribute is against the top sides, Personally I think he works well with the fullback, played a big part in our big wins last season. He’s not everyone’s cup of tea but he also makes intelligent runs off the ball which opens space for others. But we do need better quality
  7. I think Hedges would work well with Brittain down that channel. Hedges can cut inside or play Callum in for the cross. Plus offers good defensive duties
  8. Just get the feeling that latest purchases apart from Ohashi don’t fit in VI plans. De Neve signed for a fee when we’ve paid a fee for Kargbo in January. Throw Hedges in the mix that’s 3 for one spot. The latter well liked by the manager. Linked to Watford striker but can’t see it at that price but shows we are looking for a striker, with Fees already spent on Ohashi and Gueye. Think there could be a few shock sales this window
  9. Rooney,Gerrard,Bruce,Page, fingers and toes crossed it’s none of these names……a deal till the end of season also being touted. Do we really want to be looking for a new manager and 50% of squad players at the same time
  10. I’m aware of what you have stated above. As for his dress code, your asking the wrong person
  11. Simon Jordan with a lot to say. Gives you a different perspective of the other side. I do agree with one part and that is if he’s not 100% committed to the job let him go. We need someone who wants to be here and oversee the squad rebuild in the summer. We can not as a club plan ahead with this uncertainty hanging over us. No players left so a massive overhaul is needed regardless. Hate the owners, Hate the board, Hate the regime, but we still need this done to compete
  12. If Eustace goes I don’t think he will be replaced by a manager. Be another coach who will have to make do with what we have. Squad will need rebuilding in the summer with loans/freebies and whatever youth to fill the gaps. Wouldn’t be surprised if Damian Johnson is promoted
  13. Needed those players 6 games ago. If they wasn’t up to speed then they would be by now with a few extra points on the board. Swag and co have still failed the manager on this reason alone
  14. No doubt we had to sell keeper earlier to pay the 30% wages for this Dennis Deal
  15. This could be the making of Cantwell
  16. Nathan Jones saying another medical booked for 8. No names, don’t care, no ambition
  17. No rumours of any kind but HOPING* they are trying to raise cash for someone. Set up for disappointment I know……..
  18. Only signed for them in the summer. What could have gone wrong in 6 months
  19. I reckon Swag gives all office staff a day off as he thinks it’s a bank holiday
  20. Elliot sure ain’t there. Another joke of a reporter, who sheep’s around asking questions and goes away at every transfer window finale. Anyone better than no one
  21. Would say they want the fee they have requested. Dropping him would give sides hope/swag of dropping the fee. Could also be too late as he’s playing himself for a move this afternoon
  22. This striker search is really taking the p*%s. Does our board see it as dead money. Pay the fee,get the player. This Egyptian lad we could easily get our money back if it doesn’t work
  23. Swag should be working 7 days a week. And still isn’t worth a quarter of the wage he’s earning 🤣
  24. To be fair to Leonard, our forwards could learn a thing or two off him, attacking position is one of them. His runs are very intelligent
  25. The position we are in I would say go for it, anyone would, 3.6 million should be achievable for what we’ve brought in. But as things stand I would say that price tag would take the rest of this windows budget plus the summers budget going off last few windows
