"MGP's v02max level my arse, his shitness level is off the charts." - Bellamy11 <- Smart guy!

  2. Very glad to hear the boys did well, have read most post match commentaries and posts and am happy to hear that both Mokena and Nelsen had good games.. well done also to MGP (NOT getting involved with the MGP debate). thumbs-up.gif

I know it was quite a "physical" match but I am getting concerned by the number of yellow cards the players are receiving, we must be worst in the league.. Mind you, we do have depth in the squad to handle suspensions.

IF, we can string the next three matches together with a run of wins, I'll be more cormfortable with rovers going into the toughest period of the season.. ph34r.gif

Roll on Cardiff and a good cup run rover.giftinykit.gif

Finally someone that can support Morten without giving some bad comments about norwegian supoporters or giving all the credit the the staff.

    im sure Morten appreciates it.

  3. Just got back from match. Tugay was awful but apart from that alot of strong individul performances including notably Nissa at full back. Pedersen still looks lightweight and easily dispossessed but one thrilling second half run certainly shows promise. Nelsen looks fearsomely strong more like All Bl;ack than a typical footballer.

A "strong" Reid would have scored NO goals in the FA cup, and NO goals against Pompey. Nuff said.

  4. Thinking about our recent results, the reports of promising debuts by Nelson and Moekena, the signs that Pedersen might prove to be the sort of player we hoped he could be and the prospect of signing Savage; we are starting to look like we have the sort of depth required to stay up, at the least. We could do with hanging on to Ferguson until the end of season, then getting the best price we can for him. If he helps us climb a few places before the end of the season it might offset any drop in his value. If we do well he might even start a bidding war. We could certainly do with another striker, but if that's obvious to us then it's painfully obvious to Hughes. As is, I'm at least beginning to think beyond the prospect of relegation, so I'm happy for Hughes to try and coach a few more goals out of the strikers we have until the right player becomes available. He's proving to be quite shrewd in the transfer market, but he's proving equally good at improving a previously under performing squad. I'm almost cautiously optimistic.

You all hoped, but no one on the board gave Morten the support, he did this all by himself. Got no support from rovers-supporters or Hughes. He told a friend of mine the only guy supporting him was some coach named eddie, who was the best coach he ever had.

  5. Sounds like Pederson played well for the reserves, a few more appearances there and it is likely that he will be given his shot as a sub on the first team. It's not that hughes doesn't believe in him, but unlike Souness I think he is not the type of person to throw a young talent to the wolves. Be patient and he might be given a chance. I think all the hype around him has got everybody thinking he is the next Henry. While that is quite possible lets just wait and see, he might be the next Grabbi!

Yes, he was quite good for the reserves last night. But everything i've heard about that is "where have you heard that? you are lying, some other guy on the forum was there and watched him, said he sucked".

too bad people cant acknowledge he is a rovers-player. and yes, he might be the next grabbi, its hughes' job to see to that he wont be.

  6. You answered your own post there, mate. Pre-accusations is the right word methinks.

And what is a pre-accusation? Something you do before accusing someone?

I was hazarding a guess that you'll criticise Hughes if he does anything less than give "Gamst" 90 minutes action per game regardless of how well he actually plays. I based this on your pathological desire to criticise Hughes, and anyone who supports his stance that Pedersen will get his chance when he's ready.

You really are a grade 'A' muppet.

If you really had an IQ, you'd base your comments on previous posts (not closing the world out, holding for your ears, screaming; "i am correct"). Look on top of this page, the second from the top, and please do revise your post again.

    You 'A' grade child.

  7. Losing the will to liive here ... will we have to put up with this until he is a regular in the first-team or is sold?

If Hughes brings him on as sub, will he be slagged for not bringing him on earlier?

If he substitutes him, will he be slagged for not giving him more time on the pitch to prove himself in a game?

If he gets injured, will the training regime be criticised?

If he's played anywhere other than his favoured position will Hughes get slagged?

I think the answer to all these questions is YES.

I just can't see an end to this effing bl00dy whinging, it's quite maddening.

I think the answer to all these questions is YES.

You answered your own post there, mate. Pre-accusations is the right word methinks.

  8. And roversmum: Where have i threatend _ANYONE_?

I meant the 'he'll go to another club and prove himself and you'll be sorry' type of thing.

Actually I would be sorry. I want Morten to stay at Rovers. I want him to get his chance - and I'd be delighted if he did.

And I'd be more than pleased for all you Norwegian fans.

It's just that every week when the team is announced there's all this ranting about it and it doesn't help.

    Friends? rover.gif

Wow, thats actually how i have felt, and SAID all along. Guess you were right with people talking about the person and not the actual case. I for once agree totally with you, roversmum.

  9. Too bad i dont have to respond to that if i dont want to. However, ive got nothing to hide (except my russian nationality and the fact that i am trans-sexual).

There is a guy called KiithWarrior on the official boads. His signature is:

And the day someone ask him the same question, i will answer yours, american, even though you are talking to me as a 3rd person.

  10. Awww, poor cuidado, he's been an innocent victim in this racist conspiracy by us English sorts (I didn't even realise I was English until just now - thanks lads). Poor fella.

Rainmaker, I've never read such a load of shat in my life that didn't have cuidado's name next to it.

Sad enough, that explains Rainmakers point.

  11. I see alot of the english users of these boards are getting a bit tired og all the MGP rants, an in fact as do I.

But, the irony of it all is that if MGP was english himself all of you "we-are-tired-of-MGP-so-shut-up" brits would be crying even louder for him to get apps.

Some of you are crying for british reserve-team players that have little or not at all at a high level to be included. (Perhaps not just now, but earlier this fall)

As a regular user of these boards(more of a reader than poster) I must say, with all due respect, that some of you englishmen are very patriotically biased.

A british player doesn't need to be as good as a foreign one seems to be the general "idea" among some factions of the fans.

    Just had to say it.

    thanks rainmaker.

and to "defend" myself i have to say that many the comments i do make is just because "i hate noorwegian fags that like morten because of his hair, he is @#/?, and played in a pub-league". a look down this thread-page tells me all about that. too bad, its a bad circle, you talking ###### about me, morten and norwegians, and i do my best to defend myself/mgp/norway, and i do that with the same method you, talk down on other parties.

but i am certain, that if it was a british prospect rovers bought it'd be quite the opposite.
