  1. Ewood Park, generally known as The Library.

You forgot about that painful drum, which is more of a hinderance than a help to the atmosphere.

Listening to it in the background on MOTD on Saturday night was embarrassing.

    Get into um!

To get to the subject of the original post there are a few candidates for being shown the door. I am sure Mr Hughes has already recognised them as most of them were playing in defence last night.

    January can't come fast enough.

I have to agree i also find this annoying and embarrasing. As for the first player out of the door it would have to be Johansson and Amoruso. Matteo must improve as well, he has been awful so far

  2. Very good post Capt Kayos. I agree with everything you have said in that post. i have answered all the questions i can but i admit i may have missed some out as i do not come on this site everyday. The Police have just chucked a load of videos together mainly showing suspected hooligans drinking together and that is it. I have a mate that has been in more or less the same situation as yours by the sound of it, drunk and disordely, his evidence tape did not contain sound either nor any images a bit of a coincidence due to the fact he had done nothing more than fall over a kerb. The Banning order case is a total Joke.

  3. Have you really?

    I doubt it.

    Phone 131114 wink.gif

thats where we differ though,i have seen the video which has been issued to all the people that are charged with the banning orders, wheras you don't know any facts behind the case as a whole or any of the individual cases.

the "incidents" that i mention are in the video,100% fact.

i've also read several of the individual reports that have been given to the people involved, which is basically more of the same which is in the video ie. nothing.

i tend not to give views on subjects that i don't know any of the facts behind, maybe others would do well to do the same.

That is true abouth the video, i have seen it. South Aussie rover should not be calling people liars unless he has the evidence to back it up.

  4. It's also a bit of an unfortunate coincidence now that Cole and Yorke have left, we must have been the only club in the league with 11 white faces in the starting line up last Saturday. Obviously I'm not saying this is club policy, but it's hardly indicative of a progressive, multi-cultural attitude.

I dont think it is unfortunate that 2 donkey's adding up to something in the region of £75,000 a week have left ewood in recent weeks. I dont think having 11 white faces in a football team is going to deter asians away from ewood park. I dont think we should have a couple of black players in the squad that cost money just to make the minority feel better if that is the case.

  5. Apart from some sensible comment from Kammy and Hughesey i've rarely read such sad drivel and related rascist undertones for a long long time.

If this is the attitude of the majority of Rovers fans you can stuff my season ticket and the £thousands I spend watching Rovers every season.

Well if thats your attitude you must not like going down ewood that much, the slightest thing and your going to stop going on the games, PATHETIC

  6. Let the kiosks sell Asians foods aswell as your chips, hotdogs etc.

They sell Balti Pies, what more do they want tongue.gif

Seriously though, Rovers should not go all out to attract Asian supporters, they should go all out to attract Any supporter and not discriminate.

Hughesy what you suggest would IMO make it more likely to put Asians off coming to Ewood due to increased animosity from other supporters. Could you imagine a father who has just spent half his wage taking his kids to Rovers and an again family sat next to him get in for free.

What's next? Lasagne to attract Italians, Stir fry for the Chinese dry.gif

    Exactly

  7. Asians love playing football and also watching football. Therefore why don’t rovers target the Asian communities in the football training scheme that they usually run over the school holidays.

They should run a scheme where the coaches or even youth team players go down and train younger people to play football. They could target many different areas like Bastwell, Audley, Bank top etc and maybe that would interest more of them into Blackburn Rovers. The players could also visit more asian schools.

Surely they would only appreciate the club more if they were trained by the staff at BRFC.

Another way to attract them could be to make it more equal at ewood.

Let the kiosks sell Asians foods aswell as your chips, hotdogs etc.

I do not believe that Rovers do enough to try and seriously target the Ethnic Minority community. Around 45% of the Blackburn with Darwen community is not white so therefore they should really have a go at trying to get more from the Asian communities.

Personally i dont think that Blackburn Rovers as a club should make all the effort to try an attract the asian Community. They know where Ewood Park is, they know Blackburn have a football club just like everybody else does, as for players going to asian schools i didnt think we had many 100% asain schools around. The club is useless at promoting the club they dont do enough full stop i dont think. The club should not focus on getting the asians in we should be focusing on getting people in Asian or white. Another thing is why should they run schemes round the areas mentioned in the qoute, they dont do enough in the white area's do they?."Around 45% of the Blackburn with Darwen community is not white" is that true i dont think so is it?.

  8. For more info on the football banning orders

    <<< CLICK HERE >>>

The important thing being that these are all CIVIL matters not criminal (although courts can impose them as penalties)

The orders are civil and preventative rather than a penalty for past misbehaviour. Their purpose is to prevent known football hooligans from causing further trouble at home and abroad.

    Seems fair to me.

Thanks for the info Ste, Im sure people are thankfull.

  9. Amazing. The Police bring a civil suit because their evidence is not enough to get a conviction in a crminal court - and you lot want to condemn them all as guilty.

Now these guys may or may not be guilty but surely everybody agrees that if they are guilty the Police are required to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt? If not just what separates our police from that in totalitarian states?

!!!!PAUL!!!! Read THE ABOVE Carefully, before you type rubbish !!!!PAUL!!!!

  10. I have a question for BRFCC; why are you bothering to raise this subject on here? Did you expect to find some sympathy?

What the hell are you talking about, like i have already said on this topic, why would i be looking for sympathy what is that going to achieve. no i wanted people's opinion on the case, for example have you seen violence down at Ewood? do you not understand?.

  11. OK, I have a question for you BRFCC.

What single incident do you think contributed most to the police suspecting you enough to believe they could get a banning order against you ?

I'm a big privacy advocate and object strongly to recorded, tracked and monitored by the police. I'm tracked, not because I've done anything wrong, but because I share common details (such as where I drink, which games I attend, what I wear etc) with those that do. I'd like to know what makes the jump from just another stat to being enough of a treat to be worth trying to get a banning order for.

I would say Designer clothes because that is how pathetic the police are. That is the only way they can describe a football hooligan.

  12. Well ickle likkle boy I asked you to explain to daddy the difference between a civil and criminal acion.

The nasty likkle policeman may suggest a civil action against naughty little boys like you where there is insufficient evidence to proceed with a criminal trial.

However its makes those 17 none the less guilty and if a a newspaper see fit to publish their names there must be strong evidence vs them to do so.

Naughty little boys that they are.

why, you would think they would have sufficient evidence on at least 1 of the 17 would you not. and just because names where published in the paper why does that suggest strong evidence. So then what ayour actually saying is that the police do not have strong evidence but the paper has . Oh and by the way read what you have written carefully because you are starting to contradict yourself.

I think you should go back to school mate, cant spell and you dont make no sense.

  13. Surely that should read "Why are we in court" and not "why are they in court"

    Yes you are right

BTW you never told me if you were a merchant banker or not.

    Just curious.

No, but i seem to remember asking you why are hooligans smarter these days, as it was you who said this. Right thats all your questions answered come on answer that one.

I don't recall you asking me that.

    Are all 17 innocent?

Im not sure if they are or not, do you know if they are or not, NO. well stop judging then

  14. I asked you and Trim Trabb or whoever to clarify a civil wrongdoing from a criminal one.

    I wait with baited breath.

If it was a criminal case, surely it would mean that in some way we have broken the law and for a criminal case they would have substanial evidence which could lead to inprisonment . 10 Bolton Hooligans have bee sent to prison for 2 years same with Stoke, Millwall, Coventry, West Ham, and many others i should imagine. That is because they had been causing riots. That has not happened in Blackburn for how long, you tell me!.

Well you still managed to avoid answering my question.

Perhaps you and your mates are good at avoiding the police and can afford good lawyers?

Thus the police resort to pursuing a civil action against you??

I'm not trying to be the judge here just questioning what sort of response you seek to your questions.

So you are agreeing that the police are incompetent, For one thing nobody can avoid the police at a football match. I think that has just proved my point they have to resort to a civil case because they cant catch the suspected hooligans doing anything wrong with all the uniformed police officers, police spotters, police evidence gatherers CCTV, eye witnesses and the popular police camera crew. Surely nobody can avoid that.

Ah but aren't todays hooligans pretty smart in some ways?

The difference between a civil and criminal action please?

A civil case is where a person who has a complaint might bring legal action to protect his or her interests or collect money. In a criminal case, Police bring court action against a defendant who has been accused of committing a crime.criminal cases are prosecuted on behalf of the people of the town.

Ah but answer me this. Why are hooligans smarter in some ways these days.

    Here it is that question

  16. What your saying is right i have to agree. I truly believe that the People up for the banning orders should not get banned,

Well you would believe that wouldnt you, considering that you are one of the 17.

Oh ok then Ste. your perfect are you i remember you talkin to one of my mates from ossy, i also seem to remember you being racist towards asian's, outside your house that day . Am i right mate!!!!!!

    Yeah, dead right.

I was leading a lynch mob from the BNP who were going to head to the Reena Tandoori and trash it, and then go for a curry.

No i dont recall you saying you was going to do that to my mate, but god that is terrible. ill ask him if im hard of hearing as i am up that way tonight.

This is where you are losing it now possibly because some posters are being a bit ott. Ste isn't perfect, I'm not and neither are any of my mates who I go to matches with. That's not the issue. You have said that these 17 should not be in court. Why not?

Have they truly done nothing wrong? I've heard they are no angels, I wouldn't mess with them. What does that mean they like a drink and a laugh or if you look at them funny you'll get a slap. It's often said you see about a lot of hoolies that they are just normal lads that just happen to enjoy fighting. Well that's not normal to me but if they want to do that on a Friday night then fine but if it spoils mine and others Rovers fans Saturdays then not fine.

If these 17 are truly innocent and just victims of the police then fair enough I would hold my hands up. There seems to be conflicting reports on here though as to whether that is really the case.

They are probably not angels who is, but i can truly say that as long as i have known some of these people they have not done anything wrong, as far as i know anyway. And i dont think the question is why do i think they should not be in court, the question is why are they in court, and that is one question i cant simply answer, if there is one. Im sure the police do not have an answer to that

  18. Here's a question for you BRFCC. Have you ever been involved in a pre-planned fight with a group of another club's supporters?

The Honest answer to that question is definetly no, never. I dont seem to remember anybody else doing it either out of the 17. that is the truth
