  1. So 'knuckle draggers' have stopped you bringing your family to the game? Where do you take them in to the pubs in blackburn (ie postal order) after a match?

What a fool we are not in the 80s any more, anyone who claims to have seen trouble at ewood and therefore thought twice about bringing their family is a bit of a loser if you ask me. The only time I have ever seen trouble at ewood is when rovers fans have sold there tickets (so loyal) to away fans who are then sat in home areas. Even then the stewards deal with it quickly. Blackburn is probably THE most family friendly club in the prem and rightly proud of it.

I totally agree with that, but dont forget all these people are perfect. Aussie Rover or whatever your called, when was the last time you went to a rovers match?. You seem to be incapable of answering any questions, i think the heat is going to your head mate.

    Perth Airport mate.

    Bring it on.

Answer my questions..go on do it wink.gif

What questions. I though i had answered them. Can you read.

  2. What your saying is right i have to agree. I truly believe that the People up for the banning orders should not get banned,

Well you would believe that wouldnt you, considering that you are one of the 17.

Oh ok then Ste. your perfect are you i remember you talkin to one of my mates from ossy, i also seem to remember you being racist towards asian's, outside your house that day . Am i right mate!!!!!!

  4. wink.gif Oh dear sad.gif

It seems the 17 or their apologists are making their way onto this MB.

As they seem incapable of answering any questions...skilled and groomed by their lawyers at the local nick so practice makes perfect...I'll refrain from trying to elicit any sensible response to questioning

Still not answering the question. why are hooligand smarter these days?

  5. I asked you and Trim Trabb or whoever to clarify a civil wrongdoing from a criminal one.

    I wait with baited breath.

If it was a criminal case, surely it would mean that in some way we have broken the law and for a criminal case they would have substanial evidence which could lead to inprisonment . 10 Bolton Hooligans have bee sent to prison for 2 years same with Stoke, Millwall, Coventry, West Ham, and many others i should imagine. That is because they had been causing riots. That has not happened in Blackburn for how long, you tell me!.

Well you still managed to avoid answering my question.

Perhaps you and your mates are good at avoiding the police and can afford good lawyers?

Thus the police resort to pursuing a civil action against you??

I'm not trying to be the judge here just questioning what sort of response you seek to your questions.

So you are agreeing that the police are incompetent, For one thing nobody can avoid the police at a football match. I think that has just proved my point they have to resort to a civil case because they cant catch the suspected hooligans doing anything wrong with all the uniformed police officers, police spotters, police evidence gatherers CCTV, eye witnesses and the popular police camera crew. Surely nobody can avoid that.

Ah but aren't todays hooligans pretty smart in some ways?

The difference between a civil and criminal action please?

A civil case is where a person who has a complaint might bring legal action to protect his or her interests or collect money. In a criminal case, Police bring court action against a defendant who has been accused of committing a crime.criminal cases are prosecuted on behalf of the people of the town.

Ah but answer me this. Why are hooligans smarter in some ways these days.

  7. Is that a fact. how many innocent fans have you seen hurt by hooligans especially Blackburn one's. Have you ever seen hooligans in or around Ewood park. Have you seen Violence recently at a football match involving BRFC?.

    Yes, last Saturday at Newcastle.

    Really?? What happened?

I would also like to know what happened

  8. Read my post above but you're right it is just opnions. I'm not wanting to have a go and many 'casuals' that I know are normal decent folk . However many more who may well be hangers on are tossers who give us a bad name as a club, annoy, harass and attack innocent fans. The problem with justifying groups like this is that to me, in my experience, many of the kind that get carried along display the same 'pack' mentality as the group who were convicted yesterday of kicking a utd fan half to death on Chorley station.

For every 'casual' who is just into his clothes and having a laugh and a drink with his mates, there seems to be at least 5 burberry clad numpties tagging along with them to look hard. If all these people are truly innocent then fair enough but already there are posts on this thread saying I wouldn't mess with him so i'll ask you are they all really innocent.

What your saying is right i have to agree. I truly believe that the People up for the banning orders should not get banned, for the fact there is no trouble at football matches involving Blackburn Rovers or indeed themselves. I can see where your coming from with the people that like to think they are hooligans because of what they wear and they are muppets that think they have something to prove to someone, i dont know who maybe their friends because they might think it is cool and it is giving the club a bad name.We had the least number of arrests last season in the premiership and i think many of the COULD HAVE (like you could have paid more attention in school) been people being drunk not incidents to with football hooligans.

  9. I asked you and Trim Trabb or whoever to clarify a civil wrongdoing from a criminal one.

    I wait with baited breath.

  10. for the record, none of the bans are for criminal offences,it's a civil case thats been brought by the police.

so in over 5 years of investigation while spending x amount the police have failed to get anybody banned for a criminal offence.

so strictly speaking none of the people up have done anything wrong.

    discuss.

Strictly speaking they have done nothing wrong? That's like saying strictly speaking OJ Simpson isn't a murderer. If you want to allow these people to hide behind technicalities then fine but to me your just apologising for people that should know better and are tarring the image of the club.

If I had a pound for every time i'd heard someone say that these individuals only fight with like-minded people then i'd be a rich man. However if I had to give a pound for every innocent fan to have been hit, harrassed or just abused then i'd be bankrupt.

    discuss

Is that a fact. how many innocent fans have you seen hurt by hooligans especially Blackburn one's. Have you ever seen hooligans in or around Ewood park. Have you seen Violence recently at a football match involving BRFC?.

  11. Ban them! They should nail them to the floor and use them to show the rest of the world what a fool looks like.

Surely that would count as police brutallity.

No its called justice and in a one on one I wouldn`t stop there believe me pal.

Who would be the hooligan then? are u ok or just a bit unstable?

  12. for the record, none of the bans are for criminal offences,it's a civil case thats been brought by the police.

That is true, well pointed out

  13. Are you going to answer any of the other questions?

I tell you what, you answer the questins ill tell you if they are correct or not

You are the one asking for our sympathy, not me.

So go on, read through the thread and answer the questions people are asking.

Who is asking for sympathy, not me infact i cant even imagine where you have got that from

  14. 5 million pounds, if spent correctly, to eradicate a cancer aka football hooliganism from the game enjoyed by millions seems a justifiable sum.

I believe the judge was criticising the time frame involved in the case as opposed to the banning orders sought against the alleged hooligans.

That is correct the Judge is criticising the time frame, but he is also criticising the police. The police knew that the Portugal tournament was coming up so why not take the suspected hooligans to court at least 2 months before the date that they did, instead of 3 weeks. The police are totally incompetent. the point i am trying to make is, that sum of money was to get the banning orders in place for euro 04, which they failed to do so therfore that money is surely wasted. there is no trouble down at ewood park on matchdays never, so is it worth all that money to ban the 15 or so now the tournament is over.

  15. BRFCC are you reet hard or just a merchant banker?

I dont claim to be hard, i also dont claim to be a football hooligan, so i dont see why people are having a go. i dont agree with football holligans in general , i think it is unfair on the 1000's of innocent fans children and adults that turn up each week and have to witness terrible language violence etc. I dont agree with it full stop. I made a comment on this website to get a true opinion of what people think of the banning orders and the money it has cost that is all. So i would appreciate it if people stick to the question asked.

  16. Penalty banner is a good idea. It'd get a showing on MOTD at least.

Even better, how about a national petition to go round all the clubs asking fans to sign in favour of video evidence being brought in on controversial refereeing decisions? (e.g. Saha's hand ball)

I cant see how any genuine fan can object to wanting to see fair play and even the refs might be glad to take a bit of pressure off themselves. Its the one thing which would really improve our game at the moment. And no-one can benefit more than Rovers given the comedic displays we are so often treated to by the likes of D-Urso, Wiley, et al..

It would be spoiling the game surely, it would turn into more of a girls sport, and blackburn would give far more penalties away than we would get

  17. Your just going off the subject now. Someone needs to organise a banner of some kind. I sit in the top tier of Blackburn End and the banner could be hung down from the ledge and over the heads of all the fans in the lower tier. Just a thought?

The thing is we aint Barcelona, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. We are a small side from Lancashire with a ground that holds 30,000 and we only average about 26,000 fans a game anyway. Also you will have stewards who are going to complain, and the odd 1 or 2 Oap's who wont like it either, but i must admit the enthusiasm is there. Well played lads.

  18. What about

    Hughes Mighty, Blue and Whitey

    or the Clockwork Orange version

The Mark Hughes Collective Idiosyncratic Individuals Dressed in Blue and White Footballing Militia blink.gif

Thats a bit daft i reckon
