AMEN
However I think Souness needs to swallow his pride and get on bended knee and plead with Andy Cole to stay next season, hes my player of the season - hes worked his socks off to keep us within touching distance of safety, he might not be as prolific but hes certainly helping Stead score and setting up others.
How many assists has he got this season?
-
sorry - I cant make it - I go on my RAF comissioning course the day after and need to do some ironing
-
amen
the only problem is that we will have to listen to more of Clive "I LOVE MAN U" Tydsdale

and Bergs doing so well up at Rangers isnt he??

There it is
It wasn't
To an earlier point-
So we're developing nicely, playing well, the players are happy and there's no cause to worry. I see. The fact that we went out of all the cups- pathetically- at the first attempt and are showing like a bunch of pub footballers in the league while having the 8th highest wage bill in the league is great, is is?
John Williams said to us at a meeting that broadly, he'd expect that the club's position in the league should be within 2 either side of the position in the table of wages paid. Any higher is overachieving, any lower is failure. Even at this time in the season, 16th when we're paying 8th is failure.
I think the injuries we've got are being used to fuzz a fundamental problem, which was evident at the start of the season, when everyone bar Shorty was fit- the replacement players aren't good enough and organisationally we're hopeless.
This is a combination of selling our best players- for whatever reason- buying mostly inferior replacement players, constantly changing the team (even when they were all fit), playing players out of position and, potentially, changing the coaching structure.
{ EDIT }
Enough already Tash.

There’s a surprise, well I would mind, Souness has done wonders for this club, since he came and people seem to have forgotten it, peoples ambitions have got bigger than the club can hope to achieve. Even if we get relegated souness should stay on and bring us back up as he did last time. We only have to look how fat Sam’s done at Bolton, or Dario Gradi at Crewe to realise that changing managers just when you have one bad season is not such a good idea.

BRING IN HODDLE ONLY HE CAN SAVE US

yeah or then it could end fantastically, thats the wonder of the football, good to see that the teams not doing its best again and your back on the board spouting your usual crap.
BTW thought Mahon was shocking today, Johansson was better, and that says something
