Maybe we should let Tugay leave, and ease in a youngster to take the more creative role. Donnolly is highly rated, so maybe he can slowly take a place in the squad over the next season.
been with a pool fan today and he rates douglas far more .

I think it’s time for Tugay to go. He’s been a brilliant player for the club and he’s a player that I’ll never forget. However the majority of games this season he has been well under average, passes going astray etc, easily caught in possession.
It’s only since the Fulham game, where he made that fantastic pass to Cole for the goal, that everyone has wanted him to stay. Since that game he has been probably with Stead and Cole the best players for the last third of the season.
Age is against him and I feel a younger player who’ll be equipped to become a better player for years to come at Rovers, whoever it may be.
a young lad with tugs ability lets see???10-15 m at least.

Why not make it pay on the turnstile for the whole upper tier of the Darwen end for the low key games against the likes of Charlton,Saints, Fulham etc where low away following's are expected?.....surely worth a try to see what the responce would be.
How difficult is it to actually go and buy a ticket from the TO prior to the game. The cons of the 'cash on the turnstile' option far outway the very few extra supporters (if any) it might bring.
used to be always pay on turnstyle.....miles easier.
does the freeze include my lads free u8's? hope so

I've just finished The Currious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-time by Mark Haddon. Absolutely first rate.
For those that have never heard of it, it was intended as a book for teenagers but ended up winning numerous awards normally reserved for adult readers and was on the Booker prize list (although not the final shortlist).
It's about a boy called Christopher who has Asperger's Syndrome. Christopher finds a dead dog (killed with a garden fork) and the book charts his attempts to track down the killer of poor Wellington, as weel as numerous other unsavoury discoveries along the way.
It reads well for anyone who likes well-written character studies, but gives a very different slant on disabled people and will have extra appeal to appeal with knowledge/experience of learning disability. The reviews on the cover are from big name sources and all rate it very highly, with the New York Times critic even likening it to The Cathcher In The Rye.
Very well-written, very funny and very moving.
I bought that book yesterday. It sounds really good and im really looking forward to reading it.
I'll let you know what i think.
see you in 12 months then H

Shillito, Rather have our future than your history... hope you made the most of 1995! Where did Blackburn finish anyhow? was about 16th wasnt it? pathetic! we havent been out the top 10 all season.. thats quality!
ciao bella
YOU FINISH ABOVE US IN HOW MANY YEARS?
BTW WBA MADE 10 TIMES MORE NOISE THAN YOU DID .SO GO BACK DOWN SQUALLER THERES A GOOD BOY.
-
Castle Vale is Villa area isnt it? Not far though!
can I ask lads, do you normally give 4,100 tickets to away supporters? no wonder everyone is loud at Ewood if 1/4 of your attendance are away followers!!
no big clubs get 7 thousand.
by the way how many trophies have you won in the last 10 years dickwit.?
-
Ah well, noise or no noise, still better than your few hundreds effort at St Andrews.
whatever,is not bed time yet ,school tommorrow
-
think they was taking the ###### out of you matey.......utd,liverpool and celtic t'other season ...now thats loud, you dont even rank pal, your just a little boys club 3rd best in brum .
-
The home support wasn't that loud, actually probarbly the quietest i have heard in my 4 visits to Ewood. Funniest chant of the day from you lot was when about 100 started chanting "Shall we sing a song for you"
It was the loudest for me this season at Ewood!
Is that because we were there?
In all fairness we were the only ones who kept the atmosphere going, if we hadn't it would of been non existant. Just out of curiosity, what did you think of the Blues fans saturday?
well put it this way fulham made more noise than you and they wernt dressed in womens clothes either ...you probaly rank 16th on noise....
you will always be the villas shadow.
