DJ Shadow fans!
Have you tried Godspeed You! Black Emperor ? They did some of the music for 28 days later.
Very brooding.
Sit back and chill!

Fickle, fickle, fickle!!

For anyone who likes Travis, (melodic) Radiohead, Coldplay etc, then try Bell X1 - the album is called Music In Mouth.
Admirable effort

For pure genius combined with absolute energy you can't beat The Wedding Present.
George Best, Bizarro and Seamonsters are three of the finest albums ever made!
Couldn't agree more.
George Best and Bizarro were quality and Anyone Can Make A Mistake is one of my favourite all time songs.
Went to see them 10 times in the late 80's and they were 1 hour of pure energy and noise, mixed with David Gedge's unique humour.
No encores and off home. When asked why he didn't do encores he used to say, 'if Fanny Craddock made a beautiful tasting cake would you ask her to make you another?'.
Totally profound.
The Wedding Present were, in my own humble opinion, one of this countries finest and most underrated bands.
Despite their bad press I bought every album and love them all. George Best and Bizarro are their finest moments though I have to agree.
Only saw them the once - in Carlisle of all places. Tremendous stuff.
Wonder where Dave Gedge is these days?
Although Gedge still maintains The Wedding Present haven't split up, he has been making music under the name Cinerama.
They have their good moments, but they are few and far between!
Don't be too surprised to see the Weddos reform!

Wenger and the RFW are generally regarded as the best managers around so why criticise GS for emulating their stance? IMO it smacks far too much of self righteous, holier than thou attitudes which we do not need at present! The enemy within maybe?
BTW interesting hoe Wenger managed such a clear view of the Holland pen dive when always manages to miss so many of his own teams indiscretions.
I think Ferguson has trained his players to resist retaliation, this could be done with in house fines or the threat of being dropped. Whereas the Arse players are too easily wound up.
I think our situation stems from having a manager who believes in putting 110% into every game, therefore our red cards tend to be for mistimed/ clumsy challenges.

Picked up Jeff Buckley's "Grace" for £6 in HMV today. Absolute bargain.
Top album

Anybody labelling them as a 'comedy act' or whatever is being unfair
Believe me, when I saw them at Glastonbury, I couldn't stop laughing!
Still whatever cooks your carrot, I mean some people laugh when they listen to the Tindersticks, whereas I cry :'>

The Darkness sound nothing like Iron Maiden. And I do mean nothing. Completely different style of music.
But they do sound like The Scorpians

RUBBER DINGHY MEN!!!!!
Lucas Niell ought to be made to watch the video of the game last night, and contrast his performance with that of Agathe. He may learn how to play the position of right back. Or even better, drop him and bring in Curtis.
Last night again showed how much we miss Flitcroft and indeed Berg, if only for their leadership qualities.
I also believe (and I never thought I would say this) Ostenstatd should start on Sunday as we have looked far more potent with him!
Good luck to Celtic, but I don't think this tie should be used as a barometer of whether they should play in the Premier league. If that were the case then Leicester would still be in the league after humiliating us last season.

Myself and Capt Kayos visited Celtic pubs within spitting distance of Parkhead last night, and whilst not being the most affluent of areas, the reception we got from the Celtic fans couldn't have been friendlier. On the way back from the ground we got lost and ended up walking approximately 6 miles rather than the 2 miles it is from Parkhead to the City centre. This detour took us through some unsavoury parts of Glasgow (including the Gorbals). However not once did we feel threatened or intimidated, and I can't remember having ever shaken so many hands!
In my experience the people of Glasgow showed themselves to be the most friendly and hospitable I have encountered whilst travelling with the Rovers.

I believe some of the seats are 'extremely restricted view', is there any truth in the rumour that these are the seats immediately behind Capt Kayos?
