France 0 v 1 Belarus Oh dear.
Portugal 4 v 4 Cyprus Whoops!

Thanks to both for the info.
I'm sure you'll sort out who's right.

So that puts Becks on about 80kGBP/week, Henry on something like 60-65KGPB/wk
Donovan on something like 26k GPB/wk
Who pays Beckham's other 420k a week then, the MSL?. (£128m, 5 year contract in 2007)

I thought he was referring to Tugs picking tarts with long blonde hair up.

And you'd best be giving us back Salgado before the season starts!!!
Good luck in the final.
Better still if he's left sided we'll have him as well.
Commentators nightmare.

Will he stay or has he been told it's time to move on.

A round of applause for Sam and his back room staff, well spotted and great judgement, like many on here.

McClaren joins Wolfsburg

Fairly certain that isn't him, looks to have disappeared by all accounts really. Always remembered his celebration with his tongue slightly stuck out and his arm up. Think he scored in the Worthington Cup and then in the next game v Bolton didn't he?
Picture of him in the link whilst at Swansea, he's not aged much if it is him.

Good news for Fulham, or maybe not depending on the new manager syndrome.
"Europa League semi-finalists Hamburg have sacked coach Bruno Labbadia just three days before the return leg against Fulham.
He will be replaced by Dutch assistant coach Ricardo Moniz until the end of the season, the club confirmed.
“We analysed the situation and we saw that as things were we would not be able to succeed against Fulham,” club president Bernd Hoffmann told reporters after meeting Labbadia earlier in the day.
“It was the last moment for us to react to keep our Europa League target in sight,” he said.
Hamburg were thrashed 5-1 by Hoffenheim on Sunday, dropping to seventh in the Bundesliga after a poor second half of the season in which they have won only four of their 15 league games since the winter break.
Good luck Fulham.

How can you call someone a true Rover with seven appearances for the club, OK he came through the academy and was probably sold against his will.
He's never been quoted or even suggested he would want to return to us as far as I know.

60-70k?
Who else are we talking about then? Whats happened with Janko & Zigic? They usually get linked to every team!!
A new role for Janko (more defending and link up play does not seem to have effected him to much 9 in 14 this term and been benched to boot earlier on in the season.
Could we afford another player who has no Prem experience not to mention the fee and they are currently sitting on top of their league.

Am liking the idea West Ham forfit their next game, surely this can't have a good effect on their preparations for it.
Why, will it affect their wages? .

Goal.com have been running stories all week on the subject.
Some interesting points, some questionable. I'll leave it at that.

True that. It's no different than calling lorry drivers stupid and selfish because some are careless drivers.
Pardon.

We'll probably be seeking the early release of Luke McCormick to take over from Robbo to.
Anymore in prison we can get on a free.

The ideal situation would be (if it happens) to see Barton come to Rovers, play fantastic football and not get into any trouble - the question is can it be achieved at Rovers.
People seem to forget that Rovers have a history of taking in the 'bad boys'. Under Hughes the team were called thugs by the media for the way they played football. I remember Glen Keeley in the good old days, very good defender who went in hard, very hard for a tackle - the Blackburn end used to sing out, 'keeleys going to get you' to opposing teams. Savage had a bad history, Bellamy, Dickov, EHD ok these we on the football field. Barton has transgressed off the field - he is therefore a loose cannon. If Sam is seriously considering going for Barton - who he already knows from newcastle - then he must know that he can man manage Barton ok. My opinion is really leave it to Big Sam, I believe he knows what he is doing.
Glen Keeley was brilliant in my view and we could do with more like him today. Who was the liverpool 'hardman'?
IMO not as hard as Mickey Speight (sp) now he did now how to tackle.

I for one didn't know Benni suffered a hamstring problem on Saturday.
Always thought you had to exert some kind of movement to injure yourself, must have been a nocturnal movement.
