  1. this indeed, Kaminski will be busy this season. also, love how JDT comes across in this...
  2. Bit of both, but let's enjoy the frenzy, this time last week Duncan Ferguson was odds on favourite...
  3. Here here, disappointed or not, expectations will be different now, rather than expecting someone with English league experience to hit the ground running, he should be afforded time to settle in and appreciate we might not get back to back positive results so soon, just hope the majority get this.
  4. Amusingly, on the basis of that, forum favourite Woodgate excels, I still think with JDT its a huge risk.
  5. Niiiice! Last of the big spenders an all that, put £2 on at 19s on the 30th 😬 Still think we could end up with someone else... He was offered a 3 year contract on Friday according to the press
  6. Inspiring, my two are in Sale and that's the aim once they're out of nappies!
  7. Let's take a step back and consider this could still happen... 😬
  8. They'll just get first dibs on City academy players on loan like Harwood Bellis 😄
  9. Speaking of which, we should keep an eye out for any new members or pseudonyms now Venkys are rubber stamping the appointment. I wonder if one of them could well be scouring the forums as well as Wikipedias of the names they were passed.
  10. Yep, yet still it could easily be someone else come Monday with the amount of interviews. I wonder if Venkys are approving one name or several before confirming...
  11. none taken mate, i didn't read it as a prediction, im not convinced we'll make the top six either
  12. and so we should be, could well be the most successful in the league i reckon, our gates just let us down.
  13. the resemblance of those two to the fella out of The Hangover and the kid from Superbad is really uncanny...
  14. on the funny side, they will be used to it, but the 'balls to it' is an unrealistic assumption tbf, all we do is guess given our own experiences in our respective jobs, i think the players (and other teams have shown under 'ownership issues or incompetence') are professional enough to get on with things despite whats happening upstairs or behind the scenes, its out of their control anyway.
  15. You could imagine they just get on with it, of course no one's going to be happy about going back to work after their holidays but they all get pad handsomely well to do what they enjoy, hardly think the lack of a head coach is playing on their mind that much so much it impacts them mentally or ensures they down tools, i'm sure they'll be glad to see each other and have a bit of banter about it whilst focusing on getting their fitness back, I could be wrong, but I do think there's some overthinking with this,
