den Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Blackburn Rovers have given Manchester City permission to speak to Mark Hughes over the vacant managerial position at Eastlands. This will come as a bitter blow to fans and club. With the emphasis recently being on David Bentleys immediate future, this is an unwanted development.
