The lack of an assistant is good news. It means the owners are not yet willing to invest in Kean's backroom staff as they are not 100% behind him. Win or lose, I hope he is removed this week or next. Then our new (hopefully) experienced PL manager can bring in a (hopefully) competent assistant manager.
