If these two started on Saturday I suspect that there would be a near riot at Ewood. The next "Chris Smalling" and "Denis Irwin" will have to wait until the club drop another couple of divisions before they find their level.

Yeh he's saying that it has a negative affect on the younger lads well he's the one who having a negative affect on them and the sooner he stops making excuse after excuse the sooner he can go back to coaching rather than management because he's defo not cut out for it.
