Are there any photoshop wiz's out there??

I'm trying to set up a ticket template for our footy club new year's eve party but I'm having a mare. Any one fancy doing something as a .pst file for me which I can then just edit to get the right details in.

I know it's a big ask but it is the season of goodwill after all
