[Archived] saving a video from YouTube

This is probably a really simple question for those who know these things, but here goes. I'm wanting to save a video that I found on YouTube so that I can upload it to my business Facebook page - any ideas how this can be done?

Do you use Firefox? A few extensions will do what you want like Free Video Downloader.

Can you not embed straight from youtube? mainly for bandwidth reasons but also as there's probably copyright issues with taking a video and serving yourself.
