We had a topic ages ago about gout . Mine has worsened big time . It's bad enough that I need a life changing diet come the new year ... does anyone know any dietician that can give a low purine diet ... maybe slimming world can ? (No idea)

I've read loads online but feel I need a human perspective to help if you know what I mean .
