BBC Sport are reporting that Wayne Bridge has signed for Chelsea with Graeme le Saux moving to St. Mary's. For reaction from Blackburn Rovers fans visit The Messageboard Update at 17.15 It now seems certain Damien Duff will be wearing a different shade of blue next season. Sky Sports, Sporting Life and Talk Sport all report the Irish winger will sign for Chelsea tonight. While there is currently no official announcement it would appear the deal has been done.

den Posted July 21, 2003 Posted July 21, 2003 It's still not been confirmed by Blackburn or Chelsea yet, but if, as seems likely, it is true, Then I can only thank John Williams for an excellent piece of business. In today's market £17m is an awful lot of money, and we could have so easily lost Duffer to Liverpool for half that.
