Has anyone else noticed we seem to be getting results against some of the lower teams, which is the opposite of what happened with Souness, whereby we would be challanging the Man U/ Arsenals, but getting beat at home to Fulham.

Not only are we getting better results against these lower teams, but considering the importance we are standing up and being counted for.

Personally im really pleased with the way Hughes has undertaken his job, and also the manner with which he defend our club/ is proud of his achievements with us etc etc

Just heard the new Coldplay single. Now let me fill everyone in, im a massive Coldplay fan and have loved nearly every song they have made. The new single, however doesnt seem as strong as it could be and im a little dissapointed. I have heard another song from their new album called Talk and thats much better.

Rather bizarrely...the player nominated by Coventry City as their worst ever is Craig Bellamy...what the hell is that all about?

My friend is a Coventry fan, and he hates him intensely. He was a replacement for Keane, and did eff all but complain about how crap the city was, how he was too big and great for the club etc. His goal to game ratio was probably up there with Grabbi. In short, at that time he was an arrogant, lazy, mouthy ____ who was a huge waste of oxygen.

They probably voted for him in the same way that some people on this board would probably vote for Ferguson. Not because he was the worst player, but because he was the most hated.

If Bellamy came to us and started banging them in, I for one wouldnt complain one bit if he was arrogant.

In terms of signing players at a particular time, surely Matty Holmes needs a mention. After all we did sign him after we won the league and should have been cementing our position. Just a thought.

Regarding Grabbi, somehow I just can't rate him as our worst player ever because those goals he did score made me jump around like I was on drugs. The equaliser against Liverpool springs to mind.
