    That's excluding sign on fee and wages. Nyambe we could literally pay higher wages by a bit and still make a huge saving? It makes zero commercial sense - unless this guy is way way better.

    Exactly - and breaking our own rigid wage structure. I reckon our structure only allows max increases of 20% or something like that too.
