Really hoping Mowbray doesn't get an extension, and we see the likes of: Ben Benson, Lowe, Waggot, and Venus all leave. We need qualified people that are used to winning and have the credentials to actually be in a coaching setup of a premier League ambitious club.

That's the ideal scenario, however I think Giles at LWB which is just as good at LWB? We just need a player in the box he can deliver to which isn't likely

Compensation with 6 months left on his contract - it would be miniscule. The offer of a 3 year deal from West Brom vs expiring at the end of the season would surely be a massive pull?
