In no particular order, I have some sort of very mild affection for the following clubs:
- Fiorentina (I picked them randomly when I used to watch the Serie A highlights a decade ago)
- Barcelona (the opposite of Real Madrid)
- Bolton (I am re-thinking this after Diouf and Allardyce's despicable behaviour and comments respectively)
- Arsenal (liked watching them for years, especially recently, due to their attractive football, and also for being the lesser of two, now three, evils)
And lastly, I feel a little more affection than the others for South Melbourne, my "local" club.

To prevent marital disharmony neither should go and they should send their ticket to me.
Better yet, why don't they cut the ticket in half so they can both share half a seat?
-
I really can't say I have felt angry at Ferguson until now.
Why does he insist on putting our club down?
Can't he just get on with it and talk purely about the Glasgow derby, without digressing?
It's absolutely dispicable, giving our club negative feedback and hurting our reputation.
And remember, this is coming from our former captain!

Den, seeing as you've locked the other dingle thread, hows about that 1 for the message board Gold?
I would love to see that thread merged with this thread and have the gigantic thread closed weeks after the match and stored in the Message Board Gold forum.
Doesn't really matter either way... just a suggestion.

I think that sheer class will ultimately be the difference in this encounter.
A 3 - 0 win to Rovers.
-
Im lost. 26,000 where?
Surely not at Ewood yesterday - it was 20,900 and something....
20923 according to the official site.
All in all, I thnk we can be glad of yesterday's result, even if the performance wasn't as good as it was made to be, according to some.
It showed that we are certainly not deserving of going down... we are much better than anyone in the bottom three and can outclass those sorts of sides.
We now need to keep our heads up following this game and continue to show improvement.

Confidence was running through the team like wildfire, according to Premiership Live commentators.
Just in time for Burnley!

Robbie Savage comes off to a standing ovation.
David Thompson comes on,
-
Savage pumps his first toward the crowd, to get the Rovers supporters to rally louder.
-
Robert Green having a bad game, according to Premiership Live commentators.

"It's all over" they say on Premiership Live.

Norwich have had a handful of chances, apparently. They haven't been taking their chances, though.
-
yes 2 -0 surely we won't lose from here. Have we scored 3 in a league game this season I can't remember
3 - 3 against Birmingham.
-

-- Emphasis added.
Not that there's anything wrong with that...
-
Dickov!
All I need is Savage to score and my prediction score and scorers will be correct!
-

excellent. We haven't been on the Radio since the Chelski 4-0 loss from my memory.
2am?
I remember listening to that match very well. I stopped listening 2 - 0 in.
And yes, the match is on at 2AM, straight after Everton's match.

Guess what came number two in Football365.com's "Very Favourite Chants...
THE RUNNER-UP...'This Is How It Feels' (nominated by John Morton)
To the tune of the Inspiral Carpets song...
'This is how it feels to be Burnley,
This is how it feels to be sad,
This is how it feels when your sister's shaggin' your dad.'

Didn't notice Makoeana at all. Was he playing in midfield or defence?
He was in defence. I kept tabs on all three of our players and I think he played the better out of all three, although he didn't have to work very well.

Whats going on Emerton is leading the man of the match poll on that site.match highlights on this page here
He was the best of a very poor general bunch, even though he cheaply lost the ball which ended up as a goal for South Africa.

I would also like to know what that means. Can't a clear-cut estimate of the summer transfer budget, rather than a hint, be given for dummies like myself?
