Conspiracy theory: Mowbray + Waggot = Maggot. How did no one see this coming?

We'd have been better sacking pee teeth 4 games ago. Look a Burnley... a horse with no jockey and they keep winning!

Weird decision to play Edun.
Like many times this season. I’ll look at the team sheet and think “why’s he done that?” But I say nothing. And guess what? I always end up right my gut instinct is always right. Edun jumped out at me on the team sheet and instantly I thought ohhh no. Just because he’s been thrown in like that.
I keep harping back to the Wigan game but I I do think it was the turning point. He messed about with the team and it completely out everything off kilter after that. Might only be one game but it didn’t half break what run we had for morale.

We should move on Farke.
but we won’t, we never move on anyone and we’ll end up with some old grumpy fart

First: forget 3rd place
Second: forget playoffs
Third: forget top ten

Nobody put any emphasis on signing a striker at Christmas . We couldn’t put a good case to return to the prem to Venkys but he was too stubborn to admit he needed to replace Armstrong. Who I do think will be back during the summer off record

Ladies and gentlemen that’s what you call… a Mowbray special.
ALEXA what’s a Mowbray special? A Mowbray special is the where you dominate at 0-0 during the game and miss loads of chances and absolutely bottle it and give the opposition the lead. Usually 1-0
considering where we were at Christmas you’d have had to work really had to balls all this up but he really has done it.

Derby are in real turmoil, in administration with a very uncertain future.
Looking at recent results, Derby fare badly against top 6 sides.
Surely, surely, surely, this will be the win we desperately need.
Gone for Rovers win at just less than evens and Rovers to score more than 2 goals at 4/1.
I'd go Kaminski / Lenihan, Hecke, Wharton / JRC, Rothwell, Travis, Giles / Dolan / Khadra, Vale
Anyone interested in Cheltenham tomorrow and wanting to fill their boots then go big (each way) on Coeur Sublime @ 16/1 in the 14.10!!!
Hope the Cheltenham tip isnt the shape of things to come...a big fat loss

Whatever we do dont be goalless at 0-0 going in to the final 10. Can go anyway and usually self-distruct

Flabergasted by results lately and whats more is seeing how many chanches we are having. The laws of averages and all that but really we have to be looking at a win tonight and nothing else
3-0 to Rovers tonight.

Win this or we could fall as far as 8th ,with all the teams below us with a game in hand.
Sort it TM!

Yep, Wigan and the January window debacle felt like turning points at the time - and so it's been proved.
The worst thing is fans saying someone else has to "step up and score" when we clearly haven't the players who can do it.
Brereton's been great but a loss of form or injury was always likely, and there's no one else.
100% agree. And add in poor team selections and we just go back to square 1.
Watching Wigan unravel us made me think, what can championship teams do.
I think Brereton’s form started to dip that day!

The game where our keeper threw two into his own net?
It was the turning point for the season. But everyone said it didn’t matter coz it’s the cup. But in reality it bloody did matter! Let’s hope there’s a turning point for the better! We’ve got time! No effing strikers but let’s go at it

Got my head around this one (bitter as it was) but I have some relief….
It’s not 1992 but we just qualified for the playoffs (6th place) and went on a 6 game death spiral of 6 straight defeats in March 1992.
We can do this!

Can someone explain how Tony is so consistently abysmal in February?
What about adding:
consistently abysmal in both the FA cup and League cup.

Wake up Mowbray. Good run earlier in the season or not. Somethings wrong! People saying in a month we’ll be out of the playoffs. By weekend we will be out! Wake up!

This is how it goes. We will probably draw or lose to the baggies. We've had opportunities against worse teams but didnt take our chances.
We did the famous kiss of death 'Play Sweet Caroline..' at a football game. Like england celebrating something that hadnt and never happened( still scarred from Gary Neville singing it).
2nd is out of our sights now, forget about it hope for the best. Bournemouth were able to see the opportunity for what it was and shelled out some millions for maximum gains in the summer. ..great investment. We just cant compete and their jan transfers will ulitmately and already have been the difference.
Let's hope for minimum 6th and who knows playoffs are lotteries bit like the cup

What's Lenihan doing lately? so wreckless

We've been off since just before Christmas. The Wigan game was the warning alarm and we carried that perfomance on. We've had countless chances to put away goals and not taken them, right on centre stage for sky.
Probably punching being 2nd but we're still having the best season in about 10 years. If we have a slump so what, so did AFC Bournmouth. He's squandered the best chance he's had in years with the autos and we could've strengthened in a good way and bought a striker but guess what? everyone else strengthened and Stoke bought the striker we had eyes on. Poor. But let's snooze and see what March onwards brings.

I think Brereton might benefit. My favourite goal of the season so far was his header against Preston. Top class. He also scored one against Argentina a few days ago.
Both very similar sorts of goals. I'd like to see him as more of a aerial threat and with Giles we could see that happening. [[Working in progress]]

Cooper is an excellent coach and Forest lucky to get him - think they must be absolutely puddled in Swansea!
Think Wednesday for Forest will be a bit like 'after the Lord Mayor's show'!
You can get Rovers' win at 6/4 which I think is fantastic value.
Giles is going to be huge for Rovers and I see him creating at least two goals for a 'rested' BB on Wednesday.
Gone big on Rovers' win and also stuck a £fiver on 3-1 at 24/1.
Lost on Saturday but Rovers really coined it in for me in recent times.
Gone big? how big?

Rubbish! Arma was all over out kits last pre-season even though he was having stinkers during the pre-season. Then left to have a season long stinker!
