1. Just heard that if they dig deep we're in for a cold Winter and if they eat off the tree it will be a mild 'un. My friends are digging an inch down - better get the snow chains and sledges in then.  wink.gif

the ninjas will still be out in their string bikinis! dead 'ard I told you!

as for nut...burying or off the tree, they hold the scaly brats (the kids on camp) to ramsom for thier pocket money and hang arround the NAFFI waiting for someone to buy 'em booze! unsure.gif

  3. RAF Brampton has a school/horde/hoodie group of black squirrels who by all acounts act suspicously like a secret army of ninja's. MAybe its a government plot to keep the hard working garden lovers in their place

Io FORKO! thats my bloody story, their dead 'ard like and rob your washing if your not carfull!

This is GEN! blighters are black from nose to tail and kick 7 shades of shinola out of any of the grays on camp!

for safety reasons a big nasty geezar comes round each year and trys to poison all the 1,000s of rabbits and squirrels on camp! but those ninjas are here to stay!

As for the washing! got back from work one afternoon and went to get me washin, walked into the block kicken and one of mf friggin scock was flying round the soddin kitchen like a banshee! grabbed it (after runing out like a screaming pansy, downing a couple of G&T's and finding a couple of comrades cowering in their rooms), and one of the afore mentioned ninja squirrels flew out! cheecky git ran to the window, did a sort of 180 flip ran back ripped the sock from my disbeliveing hands and ###### off out the window...3 stories up!

to be a sad boring git...we checked up on 'em...they are actually grey's who oddly come in black gray brown and white flavours! But they are all psyco's and don' you cross 'em there mad and Jet Lee shat himself when one look at him wrong!

  4. The first game I have seen this season, and i have to sa that Savage looked our best player by a way. Did the most in the side in terms of attacking and defending.

The whole defence was excellen and the strikers good too. The question mark for me is Bentley and, to a lesser extent, Tugay.

I will be suprised if Emo does not take Bentley's place (shocking.... one shot and absolutely nothing else) and the top priority in January (presuming we have any money) needs to be a long term replacement for Tugay.

All in all a very good result, especially as the next four will be real testers. Bellamy is a class above!

ps. I advocated this a while ago, but who thinks Gallagher when he returns can be made into a midfielder? I still havn't seen anybody play for Rovers in the last two or three years who can pass as well as him bar Tugay and Ferguson. I know I will get slated for this, but if we don't have any cash then it may be our best option.

    Its possible

Tuguy very underated where I sit, we play so much better and more composed football with him! He will be sorely missed when he leaves! No good going for UNT rejects like scoles either! need new young blood capable of the role! and need to keep hold of 'em

  5. He's hard to find now, however Gordon Stevens is a brilliant author who has written a number of fantastic books

I would recommend - All the Kings MEn and Kara's game as two that you really really should try and get hold off and give a try

Whisper who Dares by Terrence Strong is pretty good, as is Stalking Horse and the Tick Tock Man

My sisters keeper! forgot who wrote it...will make you cry unless big and 'ard like me...ok not true I sobbed my frikin heart out! books eh?

  6. nah! 5=hotdog!

highbury woll cost you about 350 gold stars for ticket!

but for asking the star is now dropped to a silver on (only 700 more needed!)

Oh if heading that way...Hotel RAF will be open for around 3 travellers making their own way down, Peterborough nota directct route but a easier trip over two days! about 90-120 from central london by car...40 by train....

cost free you bring the beers! cool.gif

  7. Dont wanna brag here (whilst cheekly quoting himself  tongue.gif ), but almost spot on. I got the scoreline correct, 1 goal scorer and the crowd basically right also!

A very bad first half, in which the only decent moments came right at the end of the half. Have to amit tho, i dont think ive ever seen anybody miss a chance when they've been that far through on goal tho  ohmy.gif !

Bellamy is a touch of class and defo garantee's goals, what a bargain at £4m. I though the defense were superb today and hopefully 5 wins in 6 against leeds in mid-week before being brought back to earth again chels!

    355263

    well done!

    have a gold star

  8. I loved the game today!

great performance, had to get up super early for a Saturday (7:30) to watch it and it was well worth it.

Dissapointed a little with the attendance but all in all a good 3 points.

    355240

Performance was much better in the second half...I think a few ears may have been bashed at half time!

    As for the attendance...woefull!

If I am willing to eat beans on toast for tea for the rest of the month,

    get up at 0600hrs,

start driving at 0730hrs for 4 hours to watch a 90minute football game, and then drive back annother 4 hours

then why can those who live in the town or close by bother?

yes ticket prices are high, (we are still one of the cheapest in the prem!)

and the press would have us belive that the matches are boring...(tosh! OK first half was VVV poor but even then it was entertaining in so far as it frustrated the hell out of me! We are ment to be fans for f***'s sake, FAN short for FANATIC)

mabee the matches would be better if we filled the stadium so that the manager didn't have to gee the players up at half time telling them that those who did pitch up do care.

I've been in a Ewood Park that was packed to the rafters... the atmosphere was phenonimal, so good even the dingles started smiling! The team gave 100% from the start and win lose or draw we knew it was pure effort and we yes at one point we were know for quote "regardless of the result...the matches at Ewood Park are the most enterting week in week out!"

yes the managers job is to motivate the team...but then again who would be motivated if only 66% od the stadium was full...and mostly silent, Its a poor do when its the ref generating the most noise out of the fans!

pipe dream possibly but hey we can all dream!

    List of emotions ought to be felt at every match;
