  1. Of course he does, he doesn't play for Rovers! ;-)
  2. Nice to see the England Captain return to Bukhara again last night. Twice in 2 weeks for him!
  3. Don't think they know about Photoshop yet. Shh.
  4. I certainly do have a picture. Anyone kind enough to show me how to upload it? Edit: Better still, someone was lucky enough to meet them and tweet a picture. http://twitter.com/craigb84/status/300358788416958464/photo/1 Cheer up darling.
  5. That is where you are making false assumptions. The restaurant was given a 3 initially, however with the certificates not present, it was downgraded to a 0. Then the certificates were shown to the authorities and the '3 rating' was reinstated. So 2 inspections were never carried out. Since then the restaurant has worked on how it can improve and are always implementing new ideas which is the responsibility of the management and one which I have full confidence in. Also, another jam packed Friday night with a similar Saturday night in store again, as well as the added bonus of the England captain visiting, I know who has the bigger smile.
  6. So I point out that one restaurant that has a food hygiene similar to that of Bukhara, but it gets deleted? Pathetic.
  7. Given a 3 out of 5 by the local authorities.I suggest you don't go there again.
  8. A food hygiene rating of 3 is satisfactory. I can guarantee it's a lot cleaner than your local takeaway. If it's good enough for the England captain, it's good enough for me.
  9. Don't recall you having any problems, don't see why they would. :-)
  10. Nice to meet Gerrard, Reina and Johnson today at Bukhara. Loved the food and the best curry Pepe has ever had. Overwhelmed.
  11. Can you show me where in Islam it condones raping of girls? You seemed to point out the incident involving the taxi drivers, yet no comment on Saville in your initial post. If I didn't no otherwise, someone would think you have an agenda against Islam. Oh wait...
  12. Why not talk about the Norweigen nutcase that shot innocent people, or the nutcase that thought it was okay to kill innocent children in a school, or the slaughtering of innocent Palestinian children, or the same rape offences commited by Christian males targetting "white" underaged girls? Are these all part of the culture that you agree with? Don't see you mentioning them offences, is this because it wasn't carried out by an Asian or Muslim?
  13. Certainly is not the attitude. The point will be raised the next time I am in contact with my uncle and hygiene is a very important part of the restaurant.
  14. Theno - I can assure you that it was Saudi, otherwise I may need to visit Vegas for those dates he bought back, and I don't mean the women haha!! Sparky, you do as you please. Full bookings every weekend and pretty much full every weekday clearly shows it's overrated. I'm sure you won't be missed. :-) Oh, seen as we're in the food topic. Went to an Italian place in Batley, near Leeds called Godfathers. Absolutely brilliant. Big fan if Calzone and this was spot on. Do a wide variety of Pizzas all freshly made and do some lovely chicken fillet steak!
  15. I've given him your details and what you look like. Next time you pop down when you go pay, he's promised to charge you double!! ;-)
  16. Believe me when I first heard about it, my reaction was the same as yours as I was in shock. I have been Bukhara numerous times and never has there been an issue with the hygiene as far as I am aware. However, once I got a chance to speak to my Uncle, he explained what had happened and said it was unfortunate that the inspector didn't show leniancy towards them by giving them an extension to produce the certificates (i.e. when the manager returned). I guess he was just doing his job and rightly so, refused. Talking of Bukhara, I currenty have a new favourite dish and that is the Chilman Biryani. Must try next time you go!
  17. Seen as the owner is my uncle, I can clarify as to the reasoning behind this. The manager at the time was away in Saudi Arabia (Hajj), and they had a visit from the hygiene inspectors. The hygeine certificates for each employee are kept in the managers office cabinet and locked away. As part of the inspection they require to produce these certificates for each individual employee and my Uncle was unable to access the cabinet due to not having keys. For this reason, the inspection was given a 0. However since then, another inspection has been booked and they are due to come round to inspect these certificates and the premises again. I was at Bukhara last night and assure you the hygiene is perfectly fine and the food is as brilliant as ever.
  18. What a fight Pacman v Marquez was! Both down in the early rounds then a devastating punch by Marquez knocked Pacquaio out cold for 2 minutes. Caught him flush in the face with a second to go in the round. That's now 2 defeats on the bounce for Manny, and although the one vs Bradley was controversial, I think we can kiss goodbye to Pacquaio vs Mayweather.
  19. Another cracking fight this weekend. Pacman v Marquez Part 4. I thought Marquez won the last one, but somehow judges gave it to Manny. Will be interesting to see how Marquez approaches this, with him stating in the press conference he'll need a KO to convince the judges. Amir Khan also fighting next week agaisnt Molina (sp?). Easy fight for Khan to ease him in after his defeat to Garcia. On Flintoff, what an embarassment the guy was to the sport of boxing. I was livid beforehand, and more so after the fight after watching him punch like a girl (sorry to the ladies reading this). The fight should never have been a professional fight and if he wanted to step into the ring so badly, he could have organised a charity event for Sport Relief. Absolute joke.
  20. Very tough opponent who had only lost once prior to this fight. It typifies the man Hatton is though, never really shirked a challenge and for me was very much in the fight prior to the KO. He has retired now, so lets hope he continues his rehab and this for me, will be his biggest challenges to date.
  21. Hatton is on PrimeTime. £15 I think it is. Should win.
  22. Fantastic choice! What do you normally go for? Theno, have you managed to get your hands on the lamb leg? Thinking of ordering one this weekend with the lads. Might go for the stuffed one this time around though.
  23. It's a decent place to eat in and also do takeaways. I had 3 curries on Friday night. Lamb Karahi Chilli chicken curry Takatak boti masala It was very nice, however nothing compared to the brilliant Bukhara.
