This is a strange argument. Argentina are the home team so it's their choice. They've chosen somewhere in the middle of Europe because most their squad plays in Europe. I'm sure the FA and the PL teams concerned are perfectly happy we don't have to nip over to Buenos Aires.

It might be that if they officially sack him they have to pay compensation. Whereas if they force him out and he leaves on his own accord, they don't need to pay up. I wonder if they are going to try and offer him some post he couldn't feasibly live with after being the manager and will then have to leave.

Defendants were not named until AFTER THEY HAD BEEN FOUND GUILTY. In other words, if the defendant was found not guilty, he could walk from court with his freedom and his reputatation intact. 

Now, footballers (and others presumably) are being named when they are merely being interviewed over a charge that may or may not be brought.
