However I don't agree about your general assessment of being a prem captain. They have a job as role model for younger players, support the team and be the leader on the pitch - the managers voice out there. In that respect perhaps Nelsen is better suited but I have no complaints about Todd.

That was all part of the plan (maybe not the sloppy bit). Some people on here were overjoyed to see us passing the ball around nicely, when in fact it was part of MH's game plan to draw out the Liverpool team from sitting low and defending their lead. It didn't really work, but the lads stuck to the plan alright. I didn't think many of those passes were sloppy to the point where it could hurt us. Maybe one or two at most.

Lack of concentration. I think most of his potential was the physical part of the game. He could never make it at this level.

I think we are capable of another 7 points at best. 5 points at least. But you never know with these things. Either way I think we will finish 6th. Shame that decisions are going against us, and for Spuds lately..

Everyone will thnk this is a given for me, but I really think without Gamstens contribution this year we would not be where we are at present. We all know what Bellers can do, but gamst has surprised us al -l added a lot of points to our cause this season. To be honest I didn't think he was capable of it, but he has really excelled. And I am sure there is more to come from him.. Other than that Nelsen has been excellent. But therest of the names on this poll all have a lot more to offer.

Looking at our own fixture list I'm not feeling too confident about our next 5 games. 8 points from them would be a pretty decent effort. Then 4 from the last two games would take us to a final 64 points for the season. Amazing if it happens.
