Looking forward to a great night - to all fans I'll be seeing in the Belfry's Pub, Oslo, Norway!

Have I given a prediction? Well then,
Away: 3-2 loss
Home: 4-2 win
(I'm putting money on the away tie, so I'm sure to get the first one wrong!)

Morecambe have names on the back? Wow.
Good win, nonetheless

Rovers fans have been given a major boost today with the news that top defensive prospect Martin Taylor has put pen to paper on a new and improved deal which will see him in the blue and white halves until 2006 at least.
We look forward to having you in the heart of the defense for years to come, Tiny!
The news comes directly from the clubs own newsflash.

for the newcastle game.
Duff and Cole both still out, so Matty makes a surprise recall. I suggest that he may make the bench, but it's great to see him back again.
I'd have put this on the front page, but I don't know how.
Make a new topic in the "Submit News" forum a little further down the page. I think the directions are in the topic at the top of the messageboard forum.
Great news it is, too!

Nils-Erik Johansson also played wednesday night. He played the second half in a three man defence when Sweden were beaten 2-3 in a frindly against Portugal.
How did he do?

Not only did Berg get man of the match this game, he also got it on saturday when we beat Romania 1-0 away. He was even better in that game.
So if Berg doesn't start next saturday I'll be slightly confused.
Totally Outclassed

Have to agree with chris and t4e here, we really outclassed them tonight, but what does it matter if we can't produce the chances to get us the goals? Zippy has a fair point, we need to convert our lovely linkup play and passing into chances and GOALS, or we will never get anywhere. Our defense was good today, apart from the one slip-up that cost us so dearly.
I feel that we are absolutely dependant on the directness of players like Dunn and Jansen to succeed with our game. Cole and Yorke are too similar, too much involved in the build up when they should be right up there ready to pounce on every chance that comes along, for there will be lots of them. We should really have played Jansen instead of Cole today, and put on Dunn a little earlier.
I've never gone home from a game this pleased though, seeing as we played really "sexy" football out there - Celtic really were made to look like a div 2 side if you ask me
PS notice the lovely turn on the 18yard line by Thompson - Bergkamp-esque! Lovely move!
