What are you on about Firefox 2 not working? Works a charm for me with TV news and all.
-
I would be happy with a local away draw. Apart from if it were against a local premiership team.
-
Wow I must get new glasses. From the little I saw I thought our norwegian wonderboy did OK. Nothing spectacular of course, but I think our fans have come to expect too much. Obviously Hughes agrees with me, otherwise he would be starting Peter every game.

Rovers 1 Nottm Forest 2 in 1999.
After this game I knew we were doomed...
Yes ditto. I remember seeing this game on TV. Very frustrating game.. and end to the season.
-
So when is the draw?
-
Home - Seeing some attempt to be creative with the classic halves on no. 2, applause for the effort IMO. I like it but theres not much separating the home shirts.
Away - I like all of them, but not the man city reference on #1. Should have been orange there instead. Like #2 as it works best with the fugly bet24 logo, but its the poorest of the 3. #3 is pretty good, but I don't like the AC Milan resemblance.
So 2 and 3 I guess it has to be.

This is no time to stop, Bob, keep them coming!
As for Christmas, you're a month early
Great review again.
Penultimate of course being not the last, but the one before the last, so we can look forward to another review at least!

Isn't he scoring again, albeit in the Championship.
-
Fingers crossed he will be back.
Wael Gomaa to sign in jan then if he's Nelsen is not back this season.
-
Yeah, gross misconduct, like.
Appears Hughes rates McEveley higher than Taylor. Or he's running the rule over him to decide whether to keep him or not.
-
Excellent work man

3-0
Can't argue with that!
7th for Benni that

Odd. Didn't realise Peter Ankleman was out with an enckle injury.. Thought Brown had just moved ahead of him in the queue.

Bloody Eurosport grrrr.. I really wonder how they came to the conclusion that they should air Zulte Waregem (BEL) v Sparta Prague (CZE) on thursday with so many more interesting ties to choose from.... Lost for words.
This is the Eurosport in europe, not the same as in England evidently

Sky just showed we had close to 60% of the ball second half. Why is it that we dominate possesion EVERY game and never back this up with good chances that the possesion should provide?
We had a lot of possession because wham lay low for long periods of the second half, defending their lead, just like the script suggests. In other words it isn't impressive for us to have more possession. In any game where both teams are chasing the game we would never have that much possession. It's not a sign of quality like some people seem to think.
-
Let's face it. We can't handle an injury crisis like this. Without the 7 injured/suspended players we are just not good enough. Squad depth == shallow.
-
Starting to create things now. Harewood on for Sheringham so he'll put the final nail in the coffin in a counter-attack then.
-
His 2nd today. Just can't see us scoring at all. Seem to remember Jeffers coming on earlier, but I can't see him anywhere..
Gally for the Axe now
-
Oh dear.
We could do with a couple of these out there:
- Nonda
- Savage
- Emerton
- Reid
- Nelsen
- Gamst
- Roberts
-
Draw for the Carling Cup fourth round:
Notts County v Wycombe
Tottenham v Port Vale
Birmingham v Liverpool
Chelsea v Aston Villa
Watford v Newcastle
Chesterfield v Charlton
Southend v Man Utd
Everton v Arsenal

Good man Capt. You've been good and explained to officer Gazsimm why you will not be attending. If only the rest of the board, or indeed the citizens of Lancashire would do the same.

Eh? He wasn't near the ball. Couple of poor interventions by Neill. Likewise some below par performances by Chris, Bentley and Gamst. Not looking very good if you ask me, but it could go either way.
Btw Nonda looks a little disinterested, doesn't work as hard as Benni IMO, and has been offside twice, whereas Benni once.
