Don't know why Sky seem to have this in-built idea that somehow Hull are far better than us?

So unlucky from Downing there, could've bounced anywhere
-
Great last ditch tackle by Benno there.
EDIT: needed a better finish there by Arma, coulda been 1 nil
-
Johnson with his second header not too far away at all.
-
That's one way to get me to like you Walton, you big beautiful bastard

Hully clearly aware that we were gonna look to use pace and play on the shoulder of the last man.
Hopefully we can break that offside trap a couple of times tonight

Strange, it's only coming up as commentary for me

Brereton not in the squad second game in a row...
Something wrong there? Loan to League one on the cards maybe?

Cunningham looks like the best left back we've had since the Warnock/Givet years.
The better Olsson was decent ofc, but he always struck me as a wing back/winger rather than an actual defender. The less said about the less good Olsson, the better.
I don't think left back has necessarily been one of our biggest trouble spots to be honest.
Marcus Olsson was our player of the year in 14/15, don't forget. Tommy Spurr was decent as well.

Dacky and Graham together obviously showed they're still probably our number one option.
But, I've got to say, for the short period at the end with Buckley behind Armstrong, we looked a lot closer to this "new style of play" we've been hearing so much about. Certainly a lot more quick passing along the ground.

Love the cynical tackle there by Williams, just the kinda thing we've been lacking

Great play by Gally there creating a chance for Buckley, he shoulda done better with it though
-
Rothwell and Buckley on for Downing and Dack
-
Anyone know why Big Ben didn't even make the bench?
-
What a goal that would've been from Downing as well, not far away at all
-
Cunningham with his second attempt blocked on the line.
-
Not a terrible start, look ok going forward back with the Dack Graham partnership back. Downing put in a couple decent balls as well.
Just have no faith in us managing to keep a clean sheet though.

Ahahaha Tony's fine again
All forgotten!

Good to hear that Brereton has been one of the few positives this evening

Playing well and losing is a very bad sign.
It's what relegation teams do.
It's really not.
That's just the inverse of the tired cliche that "playing badly and still winning" is what title winning sides do.

Referee pulls it back after Brereton had beat his man and was free down the wing.

Swapping Raya for Walton on loan just seems criminal
