Win the next 2, then we are the in form team going into a free hit on Burnley and a favourable run in .
Every game is important, but these next 2 could be really be for momentum.

Not sure if posted already, but good article on the new recruitment team and scouts at the club.

Yeh we know, what’s your point?
weaker than last season? Yes we know
We probably have enough at cb now . Ayala doing well and was fit most of last season just not picked. Unlucky Barnes out injured .

True. I am glad he made the 11. If he can help us to a HT lead, that’s all I’m asking.
Good to see him back starting 👍 Don't think JDT would put him back in, if it wasn't deserved.

I think we are forgetting how much damage a fully firing dack can do, ( well me ) .
Hopefully after today there's a bit of hope he can roll the ⏰️ back and not on the scrap heap.

I like the team / shape to be honest, hopefully Buckley has a better game with Morton covering .

Remain calm and patience at all time.
Panicking get you nowhere.
It's going to very busy in the next 10 days with players coming in and players leaving. Stay calm and patience guys. 😉
Engines burst into 🔥 and then the ✈️ wings fall off .
Swardess tells everybody to remain calm , belt up and all is perfectly fine .🙃

I think the interim title should be “Transfers - Ask Geoff”
Has any interviewer actually replied saying Greg is not contactable on the subject ! 😠
It like an automated phone with number options and you just go around in circles, then it hangs up .
This lack of communication on the situation is really getting my goat now . Especially since Greg Boughtons 'welcome ' interviews were about having better communication with the fans .

Rail Roaded , what on earth was that , hopefully a big kick up the ass .

I'm not sure he would want to go abroad, to be honest. Kid on the way, strong support network from his parents. I'm just waiting for a PL team to swoop in and then I think he is gone. Apparently Everton is now very keen (don't go there Ben it will ruin your career). I reckon Leeds, Brighton, Wolves may come in as they have all been linked in recent months.
That first offer was derisory as it was 10 mil EUR which is 8.4 million quid, 1.4 million more than we paid for him. 15 million quid with 5 mil add-ons and we get it done.
Same view on family situation, if in future he does go abroad I would of thought that Spain would be more likely.
Big decisions for club and player , if it goes similar at Armstrong at Southampton. Then his Chile involvement would be at risk through lack of involvement.

Is Brereton and his partner expecting?
If so I wonder if family support/ network will play a part and look to remain in the UK for this .
I feel it will be a big uk based fee or he stays for the season .

Desperate for a cb in the next couple of days , who can hit the ground running.
Got away with it today , but 3 game week with Sheffield next Sunday ....

Early doors I know. But other than Watford there's a 5 point gap already on the typical promotion hopefulls 👍

Yeah in recent seasons it's really only Fulham and Norwich who have got promoted through pretty footy.
But both of those team has sensational strikers (Mitrovic and Puki) who scored shed loads of goals. Burnley have not got one of those.
And of course once Norwich and Fulham got promoted and tried to play total football in the Prem they got absolutely mullered which makes you wonder why even try to get promoted like that if you know you can't keep the same system once your up?
Brentfords practical flexible approach is much smarter imo. Or Burnley under Dych.
Glad to see JDT already showing he likes to mix it up.
I thought TM 's possession football experiment a while ago was a waste of time.
As if prompted it would need ripping up , couldn't out possess most Prem teams

Anyone any idea if my daughter will be able to buy to watch match in Spain as she’s there on holiday so missing to match
Yes you will , if none uk you can pay to watch the match via rovers site .
Register on rovers , go to matchs , look for subscription options, purchase the match . Sometimes you need to log in twice, as a glitch on site

Apologies if it’s been asked before and already answered - but does anyone know if tomorrow’s match is available on Sky red button (or on telly anywhere else) please?
Get vpn and all rovers league matches for the season were £140 or £10 pay as you go . Much cheaper than sky plus don't miss a match

Rovers’ good start will have been noted by the rest of the league. Bruce is a good manager and he will have looked at the way we play and adjust his team accordingly.
I’ve a feeling the mini bubble might burst and we’ll lose this one which might not be a bad thing in reducing inflated expectations of this Rovers team. Hope I’m wrong
I personally don't think opposition know what to expect from us yet .
I definitely don't, 3 different games coped with in different ways. Flexible is going to be the theme this season.
Same team, plenty of options off bench and another win 🤞

Out of interest, have I missed JDT's comments on Szmodic?
There was an article when Morton arrived (lovely boy, talented, Klopp is no fool etc), but nothing on Sammie.
I've not seen any JDT comments yet

I wish it was as simple as that but unfortunately it isn’t. Serious injuries and the way they can happen to you out of nothing can play on your mind. Matty Jansen never got over his no matter how hard he tried. As I said earlier physically you may appear to be fine but mentally ? Who knows. Speaking from personal experience here.
Sure 👍 he might not get it back as before. Wasn't Jansens a head injury getting knocked off a motorbike?
