[Archived] Expiring Contracts

In light of the fantastic news that Junior has put pen to paper I was hoping that some of the more knowledgeable board members would be able to perhaps break down our current squad based on contract expiry years.

For 2010 the only ones I can think of that are remotely senior are:

Pedersen - most people hoping he resigns (if he keeps his current form up)

Reid - most people seem to want rid or a reduced/pay as you play deal

Basturk - depending on whether he ends up making an impact I think most people would want another year at least

Also would help regarding those players we want to get rid of. Rigters is 2011 I believe, not sure about Brown, Zurab, etc.

Are you sure? When is Roberts contract up?

If my memory serves me correctly, Roberts was handed a new three year deal under Ince. That would mean he still has one year left to run at the end of this season.

On closer inspection they don't have all the contract expiries, just most.

You can see why the club might not want to disclose the fact that we actually gave Roberts a three year deal
