A quick google seems to make it look like travel insurance with quote ranging from almost nothing, to a kings ransom, for seemingly the same cover. If you can email me the details I'll get in touch with him by email. He only lives 500 yards away but I'm a long way from home at present! We used to organise a village bonfire display every November. It had to stop when the landowner wanted PLI. Cost was around £300 as I recall.
