I really don't want the merry go round with changing manager its cost the club millions over the years . So lets wait and see i hope he's put the new style of play to bed like the three at the back the other year. And he's taken something from Saturday game and will know play the lads in there right positions . We are still short at right back and Alan Hatton is still available he could be brought in on a one year contract paye as you play and it would tighten the back four up. But its up too TM, keep making these silly changes and being too loyal too players and he will loses his job

I think alot of us got it right this week the good old 4.4.2 . Unfortunately TM got it wrong at the start of the season. Ive never herd a manager come out with so much rubbish. I changed the formation and change the style of play because Graham who has been brilliant for us over last two season was making the team play too direct and it we needed a change of style . Well i hope this change of style has been shelved because it wasn't working . It was a good results today but there are still round pegs in square holes and it needs addressing. The left side of the team today looked spot on Johnson and Travis worked well together. Williams was a leader at the back today which we haven't had for a long time and should be made captain he was talking Lenihan all game.and it just what Lenihan needs and it will make him all the better for it . Graham and Dack where on the same wave length and worked well together . Gallagher ran his socks off but it still looks unbalanced and Bennett aways gives you 100% but he's passing his wayward and he just switches off to much . Keepers a bit like Dracula he doesn't like crosses but want can be done when the club haven't got a proper goalkeeping coach . I know a few will say whys he having a moan after todays result but its so frustrating because we've got there players but have we got the manager only time will tell

I wasn't having a go at Gallagher but if Tony brought him in to play on the wing it was a either a stroke of genius or he needed to play him there too save face . I really hope the lad makes the position is own. But what kind of winger could TM have got for five million . Now the elephant in the corner Brereton should the club lone him out . A season in division 1 could be the making of him and it would be like a new signing next season

well, well, well, a little bit of organizations and a lot of heart and effort can take a team along way . Cunningham should have been a lone to buy . Downing worked hard and still has that quality . Gallagher work hard , Williams played well and really should be captain he was talking to Lenihan all the game. One thing i would change and im not picking on Bennett but i would play a back four of Tosin . Lenihan ,Williams and Cunningham and Dacks a different player with Graham upfront leave alone TM im going to enjoy the win today .

Will Bennett get any protections and will he be able to stop crosses i hope so and can the team play on the front foot from the start with the lack of mobility in the side. What winds me up his the managers blind spots he has for some of the players ie Bennett made captain and still right back , Smallwood who got the hook on Tuesday against Oldham but he still thinks he can do a job . The forwards being used as wingers , midfielders being used as defenders. Not playing proven players who have done it for the last two season . And todays special Tony decided too play a different way of football this season thats why he's brought new players in . Its the same team set up he played last season he's still playing lads out of position nothing has changed . But his lack of respect for the paying public his freighting where not dummies Tony lad square pegs in round holes doesn't work . And loses this weekend and the knives will be out

Too be honest with you all its great playing possession football but there has too be a game plan . Frist what dose the manager want from the team is the team going too be a pressing team . Has he got intelligent players how can keep the ball and move into spaces and be able to interchange there position. Has he got a keeper who's good with the ball at his feet and my biggest question is the team fit enough too play this way. I would say No people keep going on about three at the back. For this to work the wing backs have too be good at attacking and defending and be able to read the game and the center halfs have to be athletic and be able to reacted too danger and be interchangeable and cover for each other. And too be honest if at this level they could play like this they wouldn't be playing for Rovers . To play this kind of football the team can't be coached over 8 weeks with the staff Tony has got on offer . So this is way i say 4 .4 .2, two banks off four which if drilled properly is bloody hard work too brake down. And with Dack and Graham who scored 30 goals between them last season we've got every chance. So if Tony plays a strong formation and they all know there jobs. we've every chance of having a good season . Walton , Nyambe , Lenihan, or Tosin , Williams , Cunningham , Rothwell , Johnson, Travis , Downing or Chapman , Dack and Graham. Its the strongest team with the players we've got. But if he keeps messing about with the formation and keeps playing players out of position he will be gone by November but unfortunately so could be Rovers

How much protection dose a right or left back get from a stricker playing has a winger . For me the last thing a striker wants too do when he loses the ball his to get back in and defend . If a winger plays there he's frist reaction when out of ball his to tuck in and double up and stop the crosses . Thats one of the reason why we are letting in so many goals. The orther thing i don't like his the way we back off and let teams have a free go at goal. We should be pressing has a team from the back too front and it would make us hard too play through but i can't see Tony doing it

i totally agree with you on the crossing but can he get back and help out . The reason why we are letting in so many goals is down to there being no pressure on the ball. And its too easy to get crosses in . How many times do you see away teams getting at our left and right back they need help . This is where a good coach earns his corn he should be getting our wide players too work back and stop the crosses . And another thing the fittness levels need to go up a level hardworking teams win more than they loses

And when going forward the wingers need to make the pitch as big has possible and get crosses in. if you playing Graham you need width and plenty of crosses it looks like Rothwell and Chapman could be the answer get the ball in the box simple really
