  1. Yes please but it won't happen TM is too well in with the Venkys
  2. Rovers are going nowhere with TM its shocking football. The right back and now left back have been the problem all season . Where are so lacking in quality all over the pitch and unfortunately with the Venkys and Tony in charge its not going to get better. I take my hat off to the loyally Rovers fans who pay there money too watch the stuff TM and his merry men are serving up this season its not good enough TM out
  3. 3 points and a good allround showing will do for me
  4. System are great but at the end of the day footballs all about keeping the ball out our goal and scoring in theres simple over to you TM
  5. If where around the play offs in January we need TM and the Venkys too throw the kitchen sink at it
  6. i think Burnley went up with a squad of 17 players they played a 4,4,2 everyweek and the team was well drilled all there players new there job. And there fitness levels where very high . Can we say that about our team but it was a good result today
  7. TM made hard work of playing a poor Millwall team im getting feed up with he's set up i said weeks ago i would like him to set up the team up in a 4,4,2 Walton ,Tosin, Lenihan, Williams and Cunningham . Rothwell , Travis ,Johnson, Downing ,Dack and Gallagher . But we won but jesus the football isn't suited for the players we have it was so slow with sideway balls its great having a team who can keep the ball but you've got too make sure your going forward with it
  8. Why doesn't TM take some of the blame he picks the team so for me its his fault for the results nobody in there right mind keeps picking players who keep making the same mistakes week in week out get the kids in
  9. This league his very poor and the teams who do well are organized ones . Look at the spine of the Rovers team Walton , Williams , Johnson and Graham a very experienced spine and good enough for this league . So wheres TM going wrong Bennett and Lenihan are midfielders Gallagher , Armstrong , are forwards and they are all playing out of position . If we are going to keep playing this way its going to be a long hard season . If we are to move forward as a club TM needs to be brave a get more young lads in Rankin , Tosin in to the back four and move Lenihan into midfield Rothwell and Chapman on to the wings or Could Travis be moved out wide and have a midfield of Chapman Lenihan Johnson and Travis. Dack and Graham upfront and a back four of , Rankin, Tosin , Williams and Cunningham something needs to give its the same everyweek silly mistakes and players switching off
  10. My team no square pegs in round holes in this lot Walton . Rankin . Tosin. Williams . Cunningham . Rothwell . Johnson .Travis . Chapman . Dack . Garham . Would like to see Lenihan moved in to midfield if Johnson is injured and Buckley for Dack if he goes missing and Gallagher for Graham 70 mins Armstrong for Rothwell or Chapman easy really
  11. The real question is as the team progressed over the last three saeson . Everyweek its the same old story we where sloppy at the back players switched off . When will the penny drop Bennett isn't a right back he's a midfielder, Lenihan isn't a centre half he's a holding midfielder , Armstrong isn't a winger he's a forward thats 3 square pegs in 3 round holes on Saturday so thats one of the reason we can't put results together . What kind of team as TM put together are we a team who passes the ball quickly presses and battles for every ball and gets plenty of crosses in from our wingers for the forwards to get on the end of ( I wish ) . Are we a team who play from the back with players who struggle with the ball and a midfield with an ageing Johnson . Travis a shining light, Gallagher or Armstrong on the right wing both strickers an ageing Downing on the left Dack who go's missing in games and Graham up front so have we progressed ?
  12. my team when everybodys fit Walton. Rankin must get his chance at some point . Tosin .Williams . Cunningham . Rothwell . Travis Johnson . Downing. Dack. Gallagher . Subs. Lenihan . Buckley. Bennett .Graham . Chapman . Armstrong . I would drop Lenihan and Bennett they always look like theres a mistake in both of them . Unfortunately the shine of a new season as gone already finshing 10 will de classed as being a successfully season
  13. We will never be a force in this league untill we find away of playing . This league is very poor and with the right set up an average team ie Cardiff can go on a run and get up . But the team has to play to its strengths and at the minute Rovers are easy to play against .WBA today pushed up to half way line pressed from the front attacked with pace and power and used or weakness against us the right side of the team was run ragged yet again there where mistake by or defenders that gifted them two goals and to be truthful 3-2 at half time made it look closer than it was . We huffed and puffed second half but WBA where wasteful in front of goal and it petted out . Positive Travis what a player won't be here next season this lad can go up another level and if he dose and we get 7 or 8 million for TM can't take the credit he only got his chances because Smallwood got injured . I wonder when Bennett gets injured and the young lad Rankin gets a go will he do the same i hope so
  14. All West Brom have done is press the ball high up and Rovers can't cope . I can't believe he got us playing a possession base game with the same players has last season . The Bennett love in needs too stop now and give someone else a do he's not good enough
  15. For me the right side of the team has to be Tosin and Rothwell
  16. Right side of the team are being over run . Cunningham got pulled back when he was trying see the ball out and gives away the frist goal . But Armstrong and Bennett are getting the run around and if TM doesn't change it this game will be gone by half time
  17. To be honest i wasn't bothered about tonight and if Evans and Smallwood have been given a run out tonight than that must mean they won't be picked for Saturday . But the same old problems are there to see the back four can't defend crosses into the box do they work on defending im beginning to wonder
  18. After the start we've had i would have took your hand off if somebody had offered us 7 points from the last three . Still think we are three quality players away from being a top six team . Right back, Right wing and a stricker. But the defence has tighten up i was worried when Cunningham was missing but with some luck and good defending we've kept another clean sheet. And this will build confidence through the team Chapman needs a run out on the wing at some point. I didn't go today so i don't know how Bell went on . Why we brought two forwards in who do the same job is beyond me when we really need a proven goal scorer but they want big wages and thats the problem . I think money is there but we can't compete with wages so they are gambling on the two lads theve brought in
  19. Big miss with Cunningham missing out and i hope Williams stays at center half and i dont want Bell back in at left back so Hart for me . Only worry ive got is who's going to score the goals Graham looked well off the pace when he came and we went long . What i wouldn't give for 12 million proven stricker nevermind draw for me
  20. I was saying that too my lad last night if TM had got a quality right back and a winger and allround stricker who had done it at this level or up . I would fancy us for the play offs
  21. Yes i heard TM last night and i said the same thing from my front room ha, ha, ha, brilliant . But credit due apart from the mad dive in near or half way line and the bad pass which TM told him fook off about i thought Big D was outstanding can he be made captain please. And ive forgot the name of the lad who's gone to Wigan whats his name again ? .
  22. I like the football TM his trying play if he played a proper winger on the right tonight Rovers would have won by more than one . The amount of times Armstrong was one on one with his defender was freighting but he did nowt with it . Bennett a heart of a lion but position wise he's all over the place but Cunningham is the best left back the club have had in years. Williams needs too be made captain he had another good game tonight and young Lenihan as settled along side him. Gallagher needs to play up front he's no idea out wide but lad works hard . Travis and Johnson are going from strength to strength , Downing best player on the pitch . Keeper had a good game and the penalty save was a cracker and is overall game was much better . What i wouldn't give for a younger Graham it looked like farther time had caught up with him tonight but he struggles without Dack. But i said on Monday that Hull where there for the taking this Rovers team could have a cracking season if TM gets the right side of the team shorted out
  23. i new what you ment but i can see us winning this pal
  24. A very winnable game against Hull my team would be Dracula / Tosin / Lenihan / Williams / Cunningham /Gallagher only because he work hard Saturday up and down and right and help the right back out Rothwell needs to work on this bit of his game, Tarvis / Johnson / Downing / Dack / Graham / who i would sub off around the 75th min for Rothwell . Gallagher would move to center foward and 80mins in i would bring Armstrong on for Downing thats all i would change unless we had injuries
  25. Just watched Tony on sky and he's still on about the change of style i want points over style TM stop the crap . And play the players in there right position im still not happy with Bennett and still think if Tosin is fit i would play im a right back. Lenihan .Williams and Cunningham at left back thats a more solid back four . Come on TM stop messing about another winnable game
